Raf De Angelis

Raf De Angelis is a fixer and mission contact in GTA Online. Rockstar introduced him in the Money Fronts update, released on June 17, 2025, as the fashionable intermediary who connects the player with the elusive financier Mr. Faber.¹

Raf handles the practical side of Faber's operations. He contacts the player, supplies mission information and remains the accessible point of contact while Faber works behind the scenes. On July 14, 2026, he returned as the point man for the Kortz Center Heist, sharing reconnaissance and other operational intelligence.²

The player first meets Raf at Los Santos International Airport after answering a call from Martin Madrazo. Raf is present when the player is introduced to Mr. Faber and the money-laundering network that becomes the basis of Money Fronts.

After the player purchases the Hands On Car Wash, Raf becomes the main phone contact for the operation. Calling him, or using a laptop inside one of the front businesses, lets the player start Money Laundering Missions and assist Faber's clients through Mr. Faber Work.¹

Raf is the player's contact throughout the six Mr. Faber Work missions. Each job deals with a problem affecting one of Faber's clients:

1. Liquid Market: recover a client's stolen whiskey.
2. ROI: infiltrate The Diamond Casino & Resort and recover a stolen car.
3. Compound Interest: locate and recover stolen diamonds.
4. Mutual Funds: protect valuable cargo from an attacking gang.
5. Current Liabilities: rescue GJ and recover stolen cash.
6. The Monopoly: break a rival organization's hold over Faber's business.

Raf returns in the Kortz Center Heist as the player's point man. Rockstar describes him as Mr. Faber's chief fixer and says he shares reconnaissance and vital intelligence as the crew prepares to rob the museum.²

In practical terms, Raf is the character who moves the heist forward. His call unlocks the opportunity to purchase an Art Studio for an owned Mansion. During planning, he receives scope-out photographs, sends the buyer's request list, marks prep locations and supplies information needed during the finale.
