Disguise

Once inside the casino via the back door, stay to your left and head through the laundry into the locker room. At the far end of the locker room, you'll find a worker's outfit you can use as a disguise.

While disguised, guards and cameras will take longer to detect you. However, you're still vulnerable to detection, so avoid lingering in their fields of vision for too long.

Once you're disguised, head out the door right next to you and take down the guard in the hallway. Make sure to use a suppressed weapon and aim for a headshot.

After that guard is handled, continue down the hallway to the security admin room and eliminate the guard inside.

Keep going straight through the double doors and eliminate the guard by the elevator. There's no need to take the stairs as it'll take too long, and you'll run into more guards.

Once the guard by the elevator is down, use the elevator to reach the fifth floor, where the penthouses are located.

Penthouse Floor

The moment the elevator doors open, take down the guard immediately outside and turn right. Continue forward, then take the first right into the service area.

Go through the two sets of doors, quickly move past the camera's view, but stay to the right and get close to the whiteboard in the cleaners' area. Near the pinboard, you'll find a cleaning schedule. Snap a picture of it using your phone and send it to Raf.

After that, proceed through the second set of double doors, turn left, and head to room 513. The room will be indicated on the map with a "$" sign. This is where you'll find your bonus loot for the first objective. Inside the room, look for the casino chips; they can be on the small side table by the beds or on the desk opposite them.

Now, leave the room and head back the way you came, through the service area. Once you're out the other side, turn right and make your way to Room 522 - that's your main objective (indicated with a yellow mission marker).

Go inside, take out the target, grab the car keys from their body, and then exit the room.

After leaving the hotel room, turn right and head back through the service area. This time, a guard will be waiting right outside the entrance. Take them out, then step into the service area.

As soon as you're inside, you'll spot a blue laundry basket cart. Interact with it to quickly get back downstairs.

Casino Garage & Escape

Once out of the basket cart, head through the door to your left to enter the casino garage. You'll find four more guards here. Take them out silently with a suppressed weapon, then get in the vehicle.

The first two guards are easy targets. The two guards ahead of you, however, can be tricky since one is patrolling back and forth. Make sure to eliminate the moving guard first, before they pass the stationary one, to avoid alerting the idle guard.

Carefully drive the vehicle to the salvage yard, ensuring it sustains no damage. This completes the second bonus objective, earning you an extra $5,000.

Successfully completing both objectives will reward you with a total of $10,000, in addition to the standard mission payout of $25,000-$32,000.
