In Current Liabilities, the fifth Mr. Faber Work contact mission in the Money Fronts DLC, you have two bonus objectives, each worth $5,000, for a total of $10,000. Your initial task is to locate GJ and transport him to the medical center.
After dropping off GJ, you'll need to eliminate "the professionals" and retrieve the stolen cash from them.
The first bonus objective is to find GJ without bringing up your phone for hints or clues. The second bonus objective is to get GJ to the medical center as quickly as possible. While there's no visible timer, testing suggests you need to get him to the medical center in approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds to earn this bonus.
Locating GJ
The game won't give you a map marker for GJ, only an image. However, GJ's precise location is the Ron Alternates Wind Farm. Even within the farm, GJ can be in one of three possible spots.

You'll also know you're close to GJ by the sight of several cars and dead bodies scattered around the area.
Delivering GJ to Medical Center
Finding GJ without any clues marks your first objective completed. Your second objective is to get GJ to the medical center in roughly 1 minute and 30 seconds, with the timer starting the moment you pick him up.
