Once inside the house, before you do anything else, feed the dog by interacting with its bowl. A fed dog won't alert anyone, which is crucial if you wish to maximize your profit by stealing the cocaine in addition to the whiskey.
The cocaine bags spawn in two of five possible locations, and these spots are random each time you play the mission. You'll find a list of all five potential locations below.

On the big shelf by the wall in the living room.
Cocaine Location 2
Inside the small table with a fruit bowl on top of it.
Cocaine Location 3
By the small plant pot on the kitchen counter directly behind the dog.
Cocaine Location 4
On the wooden shelf inside the bathroom.
Cocaine Location 5
On the side table by the bed inside the bedroom.
Flash Drive & Hacking
After securing the cocaine bags, you can move on to the main objective: finding the flash drive. This is always located on the wooden shelf in the living room and will be marked as you approach it.
Once you have the flash drive, head to the bedroom and interact with the laptop. Here, you'll need to guess the password. You get five attempts, and correct letters in the right spot will light up green. You'll be essentially brute-forcing your way in.
If you fail all five attempts, an alarm will sound, and guards will storm the house. However, a helpful trick is to exit the hacking interface on your last attempt and then re-entering it. This resets your attempts and keeps the guards from being alerted.
Common passwords include DIXON, LBRTY, and CANIS.
Whiskey Bottles
Next, you'll need to get your hands on four whiskey bottles from Thomson's Scrapyard. As you leave the runner's house, some enemies will show up. Quickly jump in your vehicle and head straight off-road (or to your right if you're looking directly out from the house) to easily avoid them.
Once you reach Thomson's Scrapyard, your task is to find those four stashed whiskey bottles using the clues from the runner's laptop. There are 12 potential spawn locations within the scrapyard. Before you start hunting for the bottles, though, make sure to clear out the scrapyard by eliminating all the guards and distracting any guard dogs.
Eliminating the guards is straightforward; just stay out of their cones of vision and away from security cameras. Use a suppressed weapon and aim for headshots. Avoid taking down a guard if another can see them (one guard inside another's cone of vision), as this will trigger an alert.
To distract the dogs, find their food bowls marked with a bone icon on your minimap and interact with them. The nearest dog will head for the bowl, leaving you unnoticed.
With the area secure, you can now start your search for the whiskey bottles. Out of 12 possible locations, only four will spawn randomly each time you play. You can access the clues by checking your in-game text messages or by using the on-screen prompt that displays them.
As you approach a whiskey bottle based on a clue, it will be highlighted in green on your minimap, and a physical green arrow will point to the dirt mound where it's stashed.

Tall Hoist - Claw
Under the tall hoist claw.
Hot Rod
In the back of a rusted Hot Rod car.
Daredevil - Tail
On the tail end of a broken blue daredevil plane.
Rubble Pile
Next to the rubber pile at the northern end of the scrapyard.
Two Wheels - Couch
Next to some broken bicycles and a blue couch.
Big Oil
On the ground next to a big rusted oil container.
Fork
On the ground, nestled between a forklift, wooden pallets, and a broken bus.
Blue Container Cockpit
Inside the cockpit of the plane next to the blue container. You'll find a stack of wooden pallets right by the container, making it easy to climb up into the cockpit.
Military
On the ground, to the left side of an old, rusted tank.
Red/White Speed
Next to an old Red/White speedboat.
Blue Speed - Stern
In the ground next to the old blue speedboat.
Hauling Cab
To the left of the rusted hauling cab.
Deliver the Whiskey
Once you've found all four whiskey bottles, deliver them to the nightclub to complete the mission.
