Enoki Limited, trading as GTA BOOM (“we”, “us” and “our”), operates gtaboom.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when we disclose it and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

This policy covers our website and the shared account, community and notification features described below. The Cheat Codes by GTABOOM app has a separate app privacy policy, which explains its limited account synchronization and on-device data practices. Website advertising disclosures do not mean that advertising or tracking operates inside that app.

2.1 Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, submit contributions, contact us, subscribe to emails, save preferences or enter a giveaway. This may include your email address, account identifier, public display name, profile information, messages, contributions, subscription choices and entry details.

If you use a third-party sign-in service, we receive the information needed to authenticate you and connect that identity to your GTA BOOM account.

We and our service providers also process technical and usage information. Depending on the feature, this may include your IP address, browser and device details, referring page, pages visited, interactions, timestamps, cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers.

You can read public content without creating an account. Visiting without an account does not prevent technical or advertising information from being collected.

2.2 How we use information

We use information to provide our website and related features; authenticate accounts; save and synchronize preferences; deliver requested communications; respond to enquiries; administer giveaways; moderate contributions; prevent spam, fraud and abuse; diagnose problems; and understand and improve our services.

We and our advertising partners also use information to deliver and measure advertising, including interest-based advertising.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, the relevant basis depends on the purpose. These may include providing a service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our services, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.

Information submitted through an enquiry is used to handle that enquiry. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

2.3 Community accounts and contributions

Our website and supported GTABOOM apps share community and moderation features. We record your account identifier, public name, contributions and acceptance of the Community Guidelines.

Published comments, questions, answers, reviews and other contributions may appear on both the website and supported apps. Your account email address is not displayed alongside your posts. Information you include in a public contribution may be visible to other people, so avoid posting private or sensitive details.

We also process reports, blocks, moderation decisions and submission-status records to operate community safety controls. Reports and blocks are not public contributions. Access is restricted to relevant account functions and authorized service or moderation operations.

Private drafts saved in the native app remain on your device, separated by account. Saving a draft does not submit or publish it.

If you request an English translation of a public contribution, we send its text to OpenAI to generate the translation. We save the translated version for reuse, and the original remains available. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, subject to its applicable API data controls.

2.4 Newsletters and other emails

If you subscribe to a newsletter, we process your email address, subscription preferences and subscription-status records to manage and deliver it.

We use Mailgun to deliver emails. Delivery processing includes records such as delivery status, bounces and complaints. Newsletter emails use tracking pixels and tracked links to measure opens and clicks and help us understand engagement. These measurements can be affected by email software, privacy features and automated activity.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or manage your available email preferences.

Optional community emails, including reply and accepted-answer notifications, have separate account preferences. Newsletter subscriptions, community emails and app notifications are separate choices. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop account, security or other necessary service messages.

2.5 Followed topics, saved preferences and app alerts

When you follow topics without an account, your choices remain saved on your device or browser. Selected topics are sent to our servers to retrieve matching coverage, including while signed out.

When signed in, we store followed topics and alert choices with your account so they can synchronize and personalize your Following feed. Importing choices saved while signed out requires your confirmation.

Following a topic does not enable alerts. If you enable app alerts, we use your notification preferences and registered device notification token to deliver eligible updates through Expo and the operating system’s notification service. Delivery records help prevent duplicates, apply delivery limits and diagnose failures.

You can manage topics and alerts in the relevant settings and manage notification permission through your device.

My GTA Online Planning

My GTA Online is a private planning list. Device-only entries, progress and
history stay on your device. The app still requests public catalogue information
from our servers so you can browse available planning choices.

If you choose account sync, we store your selected entries, progress,
reward-receipt choices, saved session details and history with your GTABOOM
account. This lets supported apps and the website use the same list. Importing
device-only entries requires your confirmation. Planning records are not public
community contributions. The planner does not connect to Rockstar or read your
gameplay, and progress and reward receipt are recorded manually.

You can export planning data and remove the downloaded account copy using the
available controls. Removing an entry or resetting progress can retain history;
it is not account-data erasure. Deleting your GTABOOM account deletes its synced
planning records. Independent device-only records and copies exported outside
the app are separate and may remain until you delete them.

Using the planner does not subscribe you to reminders, emails or push alerts.
Existing topic-alert and community-email choices remain separate.

2.6 Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies, browser storage, pixels and similar technologies to provide account functions, remember preferences, measure usage and deliver advertising.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies and other stored information. Doing so may affect functionality, remove preferences or require you to sign in again. Blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent every other form of technical data collection.

Advertising consent and privacy choices may vary by location. A notice acknowledging this policy is separate from consent to a particular use of information.

2.7 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, including page visits and interactions with features. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to process information about website activity and devices.

Google explains its practices in its Privacy Policy and its explanation of information received from websites using Google services. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We also use Plausible Analytics to understand website traffic and usage and improve our content and features.

2.8 Advertising

CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a Raptive (“Raptive”) is a service provider of this Site for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and Raptive will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. To learn more about Raptive’s data usage, click here: https://raptive.com/creator-advertising-privacy-statement

Advertising partners may process online identifiers, device information and browsing activity to select advertisements, measure performance, build advertising audiences and prevent fraud. Interest-based advertising may involve activity across websites.

Advertising disclosures can constitute a “sale” of personal information, “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or processing for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for the information.

2.9 Advertising privacy choices and browser signals

You can request an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising by contacting team@gtaboom.com.

Raptive provides advertising privacy controls according to location and site configuration. Where displayed, the “Do not sell or share my personal information” link provides an advertising opt-out. If you cannot find or use the control, contact us for assistance.

Advertising choices may be stored for a particular browser or device. You may need to repeat your choice on another browser or device or after clearing stored information. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements.

Global Privacy Control, or GPC, allows supported browsers to communicate certain privacy opt-out preferences. It is separate from the older Do Not Track, or DNT, signal. You can enable GPC through a browser or extension that supports it. Contact us if you believe an applicable privacy preference has not been respected.

You can also manage Google’s personalized-ad settings through My Ad Center. Provider-specific settings do not replace privacy rights available under applicable law.

2.10 Embedded content and external services

Our pages may contain embedded videos, social posts or other third-party features. When loaded or used, these features may send technical information to their providers and may use cookies or similar technologies. Their providers’ privacy policies explain their practices.

Links to external websites take you to services operated by other organizations. Review their privacy information before providing personal information.

2.11 Giveaways

We use entry information and relevant subscription and participation records to determine eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, select winners and verify claims.

We contact winners using their entry email address and may request the information needed to provide a prize, such as gaming platform and account region.

Winner announcements follow the applicable giveaway terms. These may include a masked email address while a claim is pending and a winner’s chosen public name or anonymous designation. We do not publish a winner’s full email address. Further details appear in the giveaway terms.

2.12 When we disclose information

We disclose information to providers supporting hosting, security, authentication, storage, email, notifications, translation, analytics and other service functions. Advertising disclosures are described above.

Contributions you publish are available to other people. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or abuse, protect people or enforce our terms.

Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition or other business transaction, subject to applicable requirements.

2.13 Retention, account deletion and security

Retention depends on the information and its purpose. We consider whether information is needed to provide a feature, maintain an account, handle communications, preserve moderation history, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

You can use available account controls to export information or request account deletion. You can also contact us for access, correction or deletion requests.

Account deletion removes account-linked information and anonymizes certain retained records. Contributions are removed from ordinary public visibility as part of the deletion process. Moderation, safety, integrity and audit records may remain where needed; deletion does not mean every retained record is immediately destroyed.

Deleting an account does not clear information stored independently on another signed-out device or browser. Use the relevant local or device controls to remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

2.14 International processing

Our services and providers may process information outside your country of residence. Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries.

Contact us if you have questions about international processing or wish to exercise rights relating to your information.

2.15 Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to know what information we collect, use and disclose; access that information; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; receive a portable copy; or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

You may also have rights to withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, use an authorized agent, or appeal a refused request. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

Email team@gtaboom.com to make a request. Describe the information or service concerned and the action you are requesting. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an agent’s authority. Do not send passwords.

If we refuse a request, you can ask us to reconsider or appeal where applicable. We will explain our decision and any applicable appeal route. We do not unlawfully discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.

You can also complain to the relevant privacy regulator, including the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner, an applicable European or UK supervisory authority, or your US state regulator.

2.16 Children’s information

If you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances requiring parental consent or other protection under applicable law, contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Individual features and promotions may have separate age requirements. Our giveaways require entrants to be at least 18.

2.17 Changes and contact details

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required.
