GTA 6 giveaway terms and conditions
These terms explain how the GTA BOOM GTA 6 giveaways work, how to enter, how winners are selected, and how prize claims are handled.
The sweepstakes rule is fixed: one eligible person gets one entry per draw. Reputation, points, streaks, leaderboards, badges, Bookie MK, or extra activity never improve draw odds.
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to individuals aged 18 or older, except employees and contractors of Enoki Limited and their immediate families. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
4. Giveaway periods
Each giveaway has its own entry window and draw date. The current public schedule appears on the giveaway hub, and any bonus draws will be published there too.
5. How to enter
During a giveaway window, use your email on GTA BOOM and complete at least one approved site action: an approved article comment, an approved community Q&A question or answer, or an approved server review. We may use reasonable anti-abuse checks, including duplicate-email detection, disposable-email checks, and review of repeated signup patterns. Social follows, likes, reposts, tags, and purchases are not required.
6. One entry per person
Each eligible person receives at most one entry per giveaway, no matter how many approved actions they complete. Extra activity, points, streaks, reputation, badges, leaderboards, or Bookie MK never create extra entries and never improve odds.
7. Winner selection
Winner selection must be a flat random draw from the eligible pool. Every eligible entry has the same chance of being selected.
8. Prizes
Each prize is GTA 6 Ultimate Edition for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S only. Codes depend on supported platform, account region, availability, and lawful supply.
9. Winner notification and claim
Winners will be contacted using the email they entered with. If you win, you must respond within 7 days, confirm your identity to our reasonable satisfaction, and provide the platform and account-region details needed to send a redeemable code. We will never ask winners to pay, share a password, or provide payment credentials.
10. Publicity
Winners choose how they appear publicly: first name, username, or anonymous. We do not publish a winner's real name without consent.
11. Not affiliated with platforms
The giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony, Microsoft, X, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.
12. Privacy, site terms, changes, and law
Entry and winner information is handled under GTA BOOM's Privacy Policy and used to run the giveaway, contact winners, verify claims, prevent abuse, and publish winner details only with the winner's chosen display. Use of GTA BOOM is also subject to our Terms of Use. We may amend, suspend, or cancel a giveaway if necessary for legal, operational, or availability reasons.
