1. The promoter
These giveaways ("Giveaways") are run by Enoki Limited ("we", "us", "GTA BOOM"), trading as GTA BOOM.

GTA 6 giveaway terms and conditions
These terms explain how the GTA BOOM GTA 6 giveaways work, how to enter, how winners are selected, and how prize claims are handled.
The sweepstakes rule is fixed: one eligible person gets one entry per draw. Reputation, points, streaks, leaderboards, badges, Bookie MK, or extra activity never improve draw odds.
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, except employees and contractors of Enoki Limited and their immediate families. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. Entry is limited to individuals who hold, or can obtain, a gaming account capable of redeeming the digital prize code in a region we can lawfully supply (see clause 9).
4. Giveaway periods
We run a regular schedule of Giveaways, plus occasional bonus Giveaways tied to GTA 6 news. Each Giveaway has its own entry window and draw date, published on our giveaway page. The current schedule and any bonus Giveaways are shown there.
5. How to enter
To enter a given Giveaway, during that Giveaway's entry window you must be a confirmed, active subscriber to the GTA BOOM newsletter and complete at least one approved site action on gtaboom.com: an approved comment on an article, an approved question or answer in our community Q&A, or an approved server review. The email address used for the newsletter is the primary identity for giveaway entry and winner contact. Site actions count only once approved through our normal moderation. We may use reasonable anti-abuse checks, including duplicate-email detection, disposable-email checks, and review of repeated signup patterns. You do not need to follow, like, share, tag, or repost on any social platform to enter.
6. One entry per person, per Giveaway
Each eligible person receives at most one entry per Giveaway, regardless of how many approved site actions they complete. Additional activity does not create additional entries or improve your odds. Entries are personal to you; automated, bulk, duplicate, or fraudulent entries are void, as are entries from duplicate or fake accounts.
7. Winner selection
For each Giveaway, we select the winner or winners at random from all eligible entries after the entry window closes. Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Your standing, reputation, activity level, or any on-site points or virtual currency have no effect on your chance of winning.
8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that giveaway.
9. Prizes
The prize is a full copy of GTA 6 Ultimate Edition for a supported platform and account region. If a winner already owns GTA 6 Ultimate Edition and cannot use a copy, we may provide an alternative of lesser value (such as a platform gift card or a GTA+ subscription) at our discretion. Prizes are delivered for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S and depend on supported platform, account region, availability, and lawful supply. Other than this discretionary fallback, prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and have no cash alternative. We are not responsible for a platform's redemption process or for any inability to redeem a code for reasons outside our control.
10. Winner notification and claim
We will contact each winner using the email address they entered with. To claim, you must respond within 7 days, confirm your identity to our reasonable satisfaction, and provide the platform and region details in clause 9. We will never ask you to pay anything or to provide a password. If a winner does not respond within the claim period, cannot be verified, or is ineligible, we may select an alternate winner.
11. Publicity
We may publish the winner's chosen display name (first name or username), the prize, the draw date, and any comment or prediction they submitted, on our giveaway page and channels. Winners choose how they are identified and may choose to remain anonymous. We will not publish a winner's real name without their consent.
12. Not affiliated with any platform
These Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony, Microsoft, X (Twitter), YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or any other platform. Any trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
13. Privacy and site terms
We handle entry and winner information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your details to run the Giveaways, contact winners, verify claims, prevent abuse, and publish winner details only as described in clause 11. Use of GTA BOOM is also subject to our Terms of Use.
14. Changes
We may amend, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway or these terms if necessary, for example for legal reasons or events outside our control. Material changes will be posted on the giveaway page.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
