GTA Online Listings Missions Walkthrough, Including $2M Mansion Discount

New Listings Missions

New Listings is a series of missions in GTA Online introduced with the Money Fronts update on November 13, 2025, during New Listings Week. The three missions set the stage for the December 2025 update, which actually added physical Mansions to GTA Online.

Players can complete these missions for the new Prix Luxury real estate company. Completing all three by December 7, 2025 rewards them with a GTA$2,000,000 discount on a future Prix Luxury property purchase (i.e. a Mansion) and the exclusive Black Rockstar Varsity Crewneck in the upcoming update.

How to Start New Listings Missions

When you log into a GTA Online session, whether public or invite-only, you’ll notice a new yellow icon on the map. This represents the Prix Luxury New Listings missions assigned by Raf.

The missions appear in a set order, with only one available at a time. The next mission only becomes visible after you have completed the previous one.

The first mission appears in Tongva Hills. Approaching it will trigger a call from Raf, and once the call ends, you can enter the yellow mission marker to start the mission. Completing this unlocks the second mission in La Mesa, followed by the third in Elysian Island.

New Listings Mission 1: Due Diligence

In this mission, you must enter a mansion filled with Lost MC members and clear it of every enemy. On your way to the mansion, you will come across some gas canisters. Pick them up, as they will come in handy later.

The bonus challenge for the maximum reward requires that you do not kill any Lost MC members, but instead incapacitate them. You can do this by using either a stun gun or a non-lethal melee weapon.

Once you have cleared the Lost MC members outside the mansion, you will find many more inside. You can lure them out by going to the roof, which is easily accessible via the scaffolding on the left side of the mansion’s main entrance.

Approach the air conditioning units and interact with them to release tear gas and draw the enemies out. Remember to stop attacking once the enemies are down. If you continue hitting them with your melee weapon, they might die, which will fail the bonus challenge.

Successfully incapacitating all Lost MC members earns you an extra $10,000. It is not a huge amount, but it adds a fun challenge to the mission.

You can also lure additional enemies by interacting with the security alarm on the wall on the very last floor in the back. These interactive items are marked on your map whenever they are usable. If all the Lost MC members are already outside the mansion, these items will no longer be highlighted.

Once all the Lost MC members have been cleared, leave the area to complete the mission.

New Listings Mission 2: Fixes and Fittings

In this mission, you need to go to a construction site and steal materials. Deliver the materials to the drop-off point to complete the mission.

When you arrive at the construction site, switch to a suppressed weapon and approach from the right side. On the lower floor, you will find three guards. Take them out quietly with your suppressed weapon, making sure that no guard is in another guard’s line of sight. You can keep track of this using your minimap.

On the lower level where you eliminated the three guards, you will find a stack of wooden planks. On top of it is the first of four optional tools that you can steal in addition to the materials.

These tools are part of the bonus challenge. To complete it, you must steal all four tools and ensure that you take no more than a quarter of your health in damage while delivering the materials to the drop-off point.

After looting the two tools, continue forward and take out the guard standing by the large pillar. Further ahead, you will come across a trailer truck and more guards. Eliminate them one by one, making sure that none of them are in each other’s line of sight.

There is another lower level just ahead. Eliminate the three guards there, then jump down to collect the remaining two tools.

After that, return to the area near the main trailer truck and exit through the middle. Wait for the guard to move into the middle and take him out as well.

Make sure the guard in the middle is slightly away from the guard on the right, otherwise eliminating him will alert the guard nearby.

After taking out the guard in the middle, eliminate the guard to your right along with the two guards talking next to him.

Then, turn back and you will encounter more guards. First, take out the guard closest to you on the left, followed by the two guards standing on the right. Next, eliminate the patrolling guard in the distance, and finally, take out the guard at the entrance.

You do not need to worry about the remaining guards or the other lower level of the construction site, as it only contains additional enemies.

Once you have cleared the pathway, get into the marked truck and back it up into the materials. The materials will attach to your trailer automatically, and from there all you need to do is drive them to the drop-off point.

You must make sure you do not lose more than a quarter of the materials’ health to earn the maximum bonus. This means, you must ensure you do not go below ~75% health to get max bonus ($10,000). This can be difficult if you are playing solo, but it will not void the challenge. As long as you collect all four tools and deliver the materials before they are completely destroyed, the challenge will still count as completed.

Players often start losing material health near the drop-off point. To reduce the risk, it is better to take an alternate route, as shown in the image below. This route is safer than the one suggested by the in-game GPS, since the GPS-guided path has multiple roadblocks.

When you get close to the construction site, the chasing enemy cars will disappear and you can safely drop off the materials. Keep in mind that hitting other vehicles or buildings will also damage your load.

New Listings Mission 3: Hard Deadlines

In this mission, you need to head to a construction site on Elysian Island, destroy the equipment, and drive the workers off the site.

The bonus challenge is to avoid using firearms or explosives. If you complete the mission without using any lethal force, you will earn an additional $10,000.

When you arrive at the location, get into one of the bulldozers and start pushing the construction equipment off the docks and into the water.

The construction workers will try to attack you and may even pull you out of the vehicle. If that happens, use non-lethal weapons to deal with them, such as a melee weapon like a crowbar, or simply fight them with your fists to knock them out.

Once you have destroyed enough equipment, the three foremen will come out of hiding. Intimidate all three to force them off the property. To intimidate them, simply get close and aim at them with any weapon. Remember not to fire any shots. Just aiming is enough to scare them.

Once all three foremen have been intimidated, leave the area and lose the cops to complete the mission.

Prix Luxury Real Estate VIP Program Rewards

Once you have successfully completed all three missions, you become eligible for the VIP program rewards offered by the new Prix Luxury Real Estate company in GTA Online.

By default, players are in the Black Tier VIP membership if they play GTA Online between November 13 and December 7. Completing all three missions by December 7 upgrades you to Gold Tier. The rewards for both tiers are listed below.
