This is our walkthrough for The Fleeca Job, the first OG heist in GTA Online, details this two-player heist that introduces players to the core heist mechanics, culminating in the robbery of a local Fleeca Bank branch.

- Total Payout – $100,625 (Easy), $201,250 (Normal), $251,562 (Hard)
- Unlockables – Kuruma and armored Kuruma
- Elite Challenges: – You finish in less than 5:20, the car takes no more than 6% damage, and no player dies.
Mission #1: Scope Out
For the first setup mission, "Scope Out," the player designated as leader must drive Lester to the Fleeca Bank branch on the Great Ocean Highway to view the bank. Following the surveillance, the player must then go back to the Warehouse with Lester. The second player, in the passenger seat, will practice using the hacking device en route.
Mission #2: Kuruma
In "Kuruma," the second setup mission, the crew's objective is to steal the Kuruma vehicle. This vehicle is currently held by gangsters at a designated location. Once acquired, the crew must take it to the Warehouse.
Heist Finale: The Fleeca Job
For The Fleeca Job finale, roles are assigned. One player, the Driller, drives the Kuruma to the bank. The other player, the Driver, seated as a passenger, is responsible for security and will use a hacking device to bypass bank systems en route and inside the bank.
Once at the bank and security has been handled by the Driver (hacking the door), the Driller must drill through to the safety deposit box number 167. Simultaneously, the Driver is responsible for crowd control, intimidating the bank staff into not interfering.
After that, both players should take the Kuruma and follow the GPS route to the extraction point under a bridge near Fort Zancudo, where a Cargobob will retrieve the vehicle.
Extra Info – This heist only requires two players as it's considered a tutorial.
