The Prison Break is the second 'Apartment Heist' in GTA Online. Our walkthrough details this four-player heist that is focused on breaking Professor Maxim Rashkovsky out of Bolingbroke Penitentiary. Covered are all setup missions, the finale, payout details, and Elite Challenge requirements.

Mission #1: Plane
For the first setup mission, "Plane," the objective is to acquire a Velum aircraft. One group must engage and fight the Vagos gang members at the McKenzie Airfield. This allows a designated pilot player from the crew to steal the Velum and take it to a hangar at Los Santos International Airport (LSIA).
Mission #2: Bus
In "Bus," the second setup mission, the crew's task is to steal a prison bus. After intercepting the bus, players must get away from the police and deliver it to a designated drop-off location.
Mission #3: Station
The third setup mission, "Station," involves two distinct objectives performed by separate teams. One group of players must steal a police car to gain access to a police station. Once inside, they need to infiltrate the precinct, and get the prison transfer schedule, then deliver it back to the apartment planning room. Simultaneously, the other group must take Maxim Rashkovsky's stolen Casco sports car from a cargo ship and drop it off at a location near Sandy Shores.
Mission #4: Wet Work
For the fourth setup mission, "Wet Work," the crew again splits into two teams. While one group (two players) is tasked to go to City Hall to take care of (assassinate) Rashkovsky's associate, Dima Popov, the others must kill two lawyers located outside the main FIB building and take their deposition documents. The documents must then be delivered to the apartment.
Heist Finale: The Prison Break
In "The Prison Break" finale, the crew is divided into four distinct roles: Prisoner, Prison Officer, Pilot, and Demolition. The Prisoner and Prison Officer (forming one group) must infiltrate the prison disguised, locate Maxim Rashkovsky, and escape with Rashkovsky.
The Pilot (forming the other group) must control the plane (Velum) acquired earlier and be ready to evacuate them from Sandy Shores Airfield. The Demolition player must intercept an incoming prison bus and then provide air support with a Buzzard attack helicopter.
After Rashkovsky and both teams (Prisoner, Prison Officer, and by extension Demolition who joins them at the airfield) are in the plane, you must fly to the ocean to reach the designated bailout point, parachuting to a waiting boat for the final escape.
