Kortz Center

The Kortz Center is an art museum and cultural institution in Pacific Bluffs, Los Santos. The hilltop complex has been part of the Grand Theft Auto V map since launch.

In GTA Online, it became a fully explorable heist location on July 14, 2026, when Rockstar released the Kortz Center Heist.¹

The Kortz Center sits above Pacific Bluffs on the western side of Los Santos. Its campus combines exhibition buildings, courtyards, gardens, service areas and underground security infrastructure.

The heist uses three public exhibition levels plus restricted areas beneath them. Important locations include the security room, Staff Entrance, Loading Bay, rooftop skylight, sewer access, maintenance areas and the underground vault. Crisp Gallery is a locked room on Exhibit Level 2. During the heist finale, two players are required to open it. That makes any Secondary Target or buyer-request item inside unavailable to a solo host and can prevent a solo Elite Challenge on that setup.

The gallery's name also supports an in-universe reference to Albert and Archie Crisp from Grand Theft Auto: London 1969. GTA BOOM's Crisp Twins reference report explains the connection without treating the easter egg as a separate location.

Mr. Faber targets the museum's collection and uses Raf De Angelis as the player's operational contact. The crew scopes the building, photographs Primary and Secondary Targets, selects an entry route and steals a Primary Target from the vault while replacing it with a forgery.

Before the heist update, the Kortz Center functioned mainly as a landmark and mission setting in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online. The 2026 update expanded its interior and security spaces into a dedicated multi-stage robbery location while retaining the established Pacific Bluffs campus.
