Secondary loot can contribute a large share of your Kortz Center Heist take, especially after the week’s boosted Primary Target sale has been used. Each player has one loot bag, so the best choice is not always the item with the highest individual price. Bag space, difficulty and whether you can enter Crisp Gallery all matter.

The tables below compare the observed Normal and Hard payouts, bag capacity and access requirements for every Secondary Target category we have tested.

Secondary Loot Payouts and Bag Capacity

Every player carries one loot bag. Each item uses a fixed percentage of that bag, so compare its payout with the space it consumes rather than looking only at the headline value.

These are the Secondary Targets a solo player can reach, with their observed payout ranges on Normal and Hard.

Crisp Gallery on the upper floor contains a separate set of higher-value items. One player must operate the security-room control while another enters through the shutter, so these targets are unavailable during a solo finale.

Hard pays more than Normal for the Secondary Targets we have confirmed. The weekly reset does not change these values; it changes the Primary Target payout instead. Values within each listed range can vary between runs.

The Vertical Display Glass Cases require the Glass Cutter prep, and the Safety Deposit Boxes require the Power Drills prep. Other Secondary Targets do not need special equipment.

What the weekly reset changes

The weekly payout boost applies to the Primary Target only. In the same Mi O Melee setup, the Primary Target changed from GTA$317,000 to GTA$1,268,000 after the weekly reset, while the scoped Secondary Target total remained GTA$2,412,000. Difficulty can change Secondary Target values, but the weekly reset does not.

Before the weekly reset, Mi O Melee was worth GTA$317,000 and the scoped Secondary Targets totalled GTA$2,412,000.
After the weekly reset, Mi O Melee increased to GTA$1,268,000 while the scoped Secondary Target total remained GTA$2,412,000.

Secondary Loot Locations

Each item type is marked with a colour-coded dot so you can see at a glance what sits where and how much bag space it will cost you.

Bottom Floor

The bottom floor has one 10% item, one 20% item, and one 30% item, positioned close together.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has five 10% items, one 20% item, and six 50% paintings. This is the densest floor for loot.

The upper floor has one 10% item, one 20% item, and two 30% items, plus the premium Crisp Gallery loot behind the shutters.

The Crisp Gallery has one 10% item, two 20% items, two 30% items and two 50% paintings.

The Vault

Along with the primary target painting, the vault also has four rotating paintings on either side of the vault room. These are also considered secondary targets, and the number of paintings that spawn varies. You might get one extra painting, two, or even all four slots filled. It's completely random.

Loading Bay

The loading bay item, when available, sits in the back of the truck. This one is easier to obtain if you use the Alpha Mail approach, since it lands you directly in front of the truck.

There will be a crowbar on one of the boxes in the corner of this area. Pick it up and hop in the back of the truck.

Use the crowbar to open the crate and collect the Loading Bay item. It uses 30% of one bag and is one of the strongest solo choices when it appears.

Best Secondary Loot to Take

Compare each item by the payout it provides for every percentage of bag space. A painting has a high individual value, but it fills 50% of a bag. A combination of smaller items can earn more in the same space.

As a Solo Player

Take the Loading Bay item first when it appears. It uses 30% of a bag and pays up to GTA$140,000 on Normal or GTA$154,000 on Hard.

Use the remaining 70% for the best available glass-case items, statues and jewelry. The exact combination depends on what spawned and which optional equipment you prepared.

If the Loading Bay item is unavailable, favour the highest-paying smaller items you scoped before filling leftover space with paintings. One strong solo combination uses the Loading Bay item, one Vertical Display Glass Case, one 20% statue-and-rings case and two 10% jewelry cabinets:

With a Team

A team can enter Crisp Gallery, where one player operates the security-room control while another passes through the shutter. Its paintings pay up to GTA$162,000 on Normal or GTA$178,200 on Hard, and its smaller items can provide better value per percentage of bag space.

One player opens the Crisp Gallery shutter from the security room while another enters.

The same bag-space calculation applies outside Crisp Gallery. On Normal, two solo-accessible paintings can fill an entire bag for up to GTA$244,000. The example mixed bag above can reach GTA$374,000 because it uses more of the smaller, higher-value items for each percentage of capacity.

Skip Safety Deposit Boxes

Safety Deposit Boxes pay GTA$5,000 to GTA$12,000 on Normal and use 30% of a bag when the full set is collected. Unless you specifically want them, skip the Power Drills prep and reserve that bag space for more valuable items.

The vault safety deposit boxes scoped out through the security room camera feed during scope out.

Buyer’s Request or the Most Valuable Loot?

Collecting every item on the Buyer’s Request list earns the Buyer’s Request bonus and is required for the Elite Challenge. Those requested items may not be the most valuable combination for your bag, however, and they do not count toward the GTA$50 million Secondary Target requirement in Career Progress Tier 4.

Choose based on your goal: follow the requested list when you want its bonuses and Elite completion, or prioritize value per percentage of bag space when your only aim is the largest Secondary Target take.

You need to steal $50 million in total to complete Tier 4.

On Normal, completing both the Buyer’s Request and Elite Challenge adds GTA$100,000 in bonuses. On Hard, the two bonuses add GTA$200,000. Compare those bonuses with the value you would give up by taking requested items instead of your highest-paying available combination.

In our tested Hard solo run, Secondary Targets contributed GTA$267,000. The Primary Target paid GTA$1,342,000, and the Buyer’s Request and Elite Challenge added GTA$100,000 each, producing a GTA$1,809,000 final take. That result shows why Secondary Targets and bonuses both matter when planning a run.

Our Hard solo Elite run finished with a GTA$1,809,000 take, including GTA$267,000 in Secondary Targets.

For an Elite attempt, collect the requested items and protect the bonuses. For a money-only run, fill each bag with the best-value combination available on that setup.

The Kortz Center Heist hub brings together every guide for the robbery. Use the Scope Out guide to reveal the available loot and identify anything locked inside Crisp Gallery. The Kortz Center payout guide covers Primary Targets, the weekly boost, fees and bonuses.

For a complete finale route, choose the Normal Skylight approach, Normal Staff Entrance approach, Hard Alpha Mail approach or Hard Sewer approach. You can then enter the loot your crew expects to carry in the Heist Earnings Calculator.
