GTA Online normally starts a new event week on Thursday. When that weekly reset happens, your next Kortz Center Primary Target sale qualifies for the higher weekly payout.

Selling that first painting uses the boost. Any other Primary Targets you sell before the following Thursday pay the lower buyer-fatigue amount.1 Each additional run costs the host GTA$100,000 to plan.

Every confirmed Primary Target painting

We have confirmed six Primary Target paintings on a setup or results screen. La Dernière Débauche is mandatory on the story run. We have not yet personally confirmed that it can return later. Consumato, The Downfall of Rome, I, Fruit, I Hear Voices and Mi O Melee have appeared after the story run.

The table includes only values we have seen on an actual setup or results screen. An unknown value means we have not confirmed it yet, not that the payout is zero.

Verified sale values. The first Primary Target sold after the weekly reset receives the boosted value; later sales before the next reset use buyer fatigue.

Our Hard setup board showed I, Fruit at GTA$343,200 after that week’s boosted sale had already been used.

How the weekly payout works

The boost applies to one Primary Target sale, not once per painting.

In our solo Elite Challenge playthrough, La Dernière Débauche was sold first and used that week's boosted payout. Consumato appeared afterward, so its GTA$308,000 Normal-difficulty payout is the amount for an additional sale before the next reset. We have not yet confirmed Consumato's value for the first sale after the weekly reset.

Our Hard Downfall setup was ready before Thursday's reset. We completed it after the reset as the first sale of the new event week, and the painting's displayed value changed from GTA$335,500 to GTA$1,342,000. This means the payout is decided when the painting is sold, not when the setup is started.

The Hard I, Fruit Sewer run followed the same pattern. Its board value changed from GTA$343,200 before the reset to GTA$1,372,800 after the reset. The completed first-weekly sale paid GTA$1,372,800 for the painting, GTA$223,638 in Secondary Targets, GTA$100,000 for the Buyer's Request and GTA$100,000 for the Elite Challenge, for a GTA$1,796,438 result-screen take. No Getaway Vehicle Payment appeared. The GTA$100,000 planning fee paid before the reset remained spent, but the game did not charge a second fee.

The completed solo run showing a GTA$651,000 final take.

This run took place after La Dernière Débauche had already used the weekly boost, so Consumato's GTA$308,000 was the regular payout for an additional sale before the next reset. The result screen also showed GTA$238,000 in Secondary Targets, GTA$50,000 for the Buyer’s Request, GTA$5,000 as a Getaway Vehicle Payment and GTA$50,000 for the Elite Challenge. Together, those amounts make the GTA$651,000 final take shown above.

This tested Skylight run finished in 15:13 on Normal. I Hear Voices was an additional sale after that week’s boosted payout had already been used, so the painting paid GTA$308,500. The GTA$10,000 Getaway Vehicle Payment appeared with the Manchez, but other Manchez runs have paid GTA$0. Treat it as a variable result-screen payment, not a guaranteed vehicle bonus.

Our first Primary Target sale after the weekly reset paid GTA$1,268,000 for Mi O Melee on Normal.

This Normal run finished in 14:37 through the Loading Bay Entrance. Mi O Melee paid GTA$1,268,000 as the first Primary Target sale after the weekly reset, and GTA$319,994 in Secondary Targets brought the final take to GTA$1,587,994. The Buyer’s Request was not completed and the Elite Challenge bonus was not earned, so neither reward is included in that total. The same setup had shown GTA$317,000 for Mi O Melee before the reset.

Our first Normal Primary Target sale after the weekly reset paid GTA$1,268,000 for Mi O Melee. With GTA$319,994 in Secondary Targets, the final take was GTA$1,587,994.

Bonuses that can raise your take

On Normal, the Buyer’s Request and Elite Challenge added GTA$100,000 to our Consumato run. On Hard, the same two rewards added GTA$200,000 to our Downfall run. Go after both when the scoped layout makes them possible, but remember that a requested item inside Crisp Gallery prevents a solo player from completing the full list.

Secondary Targets and solo limits

Scope out the full Kortz Center to reveal the available Secondary Targets, but calculate your take from what your crew can carry rather than the total value revealed.

A complete scope can reveal roughly GTA$2,300,000 to GTA$2,677,500 in Secondary Targets, but one player cannot carry the entire pool. The weekly reset changes the Primary Target payout only. Secondary Target values depend on Normal or Hard difficulty and do not receive the weekly boost.

Each player receives one loot bag, paintings consume about half a bag, and smaller jewelry and artifact pieces consume less space. Enter only the Secondary Target value you can carry when estimating a solo result.

Bring another player if a required item is inside Crisp Gallery on Exhibit Level 2 because that location requires two players to open. If a Buyer’s Request item spawns there on a solo setup, you lose access to the GTA$50,000 Normal or GTA$100,000 Hard Buyer’s Request bonus, as well as the Elite Challenge for that run.

You can finish that setup without those rewards or cancel through Raf and pay the GTA$100,000 repeat-run planning fee to reroll the layout.

Which Secondary Targets should you steal?

A high individual payout does not always make an item the best use of limited bag space. Paintings consume 50% of a bag, while a combination of smaller items can pay more in the same capacity.

Our Kortz Center Heist Secondary Targets guide compares the Normal and Hard payout ranges, bag use, access requirements and useful solo and team combinations.

Costs to include before calculating profit

Separate unlock purchases from the costs attached to an individual run so the result-screen take is not mistaken for long-term profit.

  • Hosting unlocks: Hosting requires a Mansion and its GTA$4,700,000 Art Studio. These are unlock costs rather than deductions charged on every run.
  • Advanced Avionics: This optional GTA$1,200,000 Art Studio upgrade is a one-time purchase. It was used for the recorded solo Elite route to avoid risking an automatic helicopter crash during the escape.
  • Planning fee: A first setup started after the weekly reset is free. Additional setups cost GTA$100,000. If a paid setup is started before Thursday and completed after the reset, the original fee stays spent and the painting receives the new week’s first-sale payout. The game does not refund the original fee or charge a second one.
  • Host net: Subtract any planning fee already paid from the result-screen take when calculating the host’s earnings.

Sell or display the Primary Target

Sell La Dernière Débauche because the mandatory story Primary Target cannot be kept. After the story run, eligible rotating paintings can be sold or displayed in the Art Studio.

Choose Display only when you deliberately want to keep an eligible painting because displaying it produces no sale payout for that Primary Target. Choose Sell when the objective is to generate a Primary Target payout.

Work out your own Kortz payout

Use the Heist Earnings Calculator to work out a Normal run or a Hard run using one of the confirmed targets.

Choose the run that matches your week, enter only the Secondary Target value your crew can carry, and add the Buyer’s Request or Elite bonus only if you completed it. The calculator shows the result-screen take separately from the host's earnings after any GTA$100,000 planning fee.

Kortz Center Heist payout decisions

Can a solo player carry every scoped Secondary Target?

No. A full scope can reveal roughly GTA$2,300,000 to GTA$2,677,500 in Secondary Targets, but each player has only one loot bag.

Is Advanced Avionics required to host the Kortz Center Heist?

Advanced Avionics is an optional GTA$1,200,000 one-time Art Studio upgrade. It was used for the recorded solo Elite route to reduce the risk of an automatic helicopter crash during the escape.

Does displaying a rotating painting provide a payout?

No. Displaying an eligible rotating painting keeps it in the Art Studio but produces no sale payout for that Primary Target.
