GTA Online Art Studio

The Art Studio is an optional room for player-owned Mansions in GTA Online and the required headquarters for hosting the Kortz Center Heist. It contains the planning board, stores heist equipment and houses the counterfeiter who produces replica paintings.¹

The Art Studio costs GTA$4,700,000 before discounts. You must already own one of the three Mansions sold through Prix Luxury Real Estate before you can add it.

With Tongva Estate, the cheapest Mansion at GTA$11,500,000, the lowest permanent entry cost for a new owner is GTA$16,200,000. Players who already own a Mansion pay only the Studio price. Open the Prix Luxury Real Estate website on the in-game phone, select an owned Mansion, choose Renovate, and add the Art Studio under Additional Rooms. After purchase, visit the Mansion and enter the room either directly from the property's entrance menu or through Basement Level 2.

The first visit starts the introduction with Mr. Faber, Raf De Angelis and the counterfeiter. Register as a SecuroServ CEO or Motorcycle Club President to use the planning board.

The room is the operational base for every stage of the Kortz Center Heist:

• The planning board tracks the scope-out, required prep work, optional prep work and finale.
• The counterfeiter creates the replica used to replace the stolen Primary Target.
• Equipment collected during prep missions is stored in the room.
• Eligible rotating Primary Targets can be kept on display instead of sold.

The Art Studio does not change a painting's cash value. The payout and painting catalogue owns the confirmed target values, weekly boost, buyer fatigue and sell-or-display trade-off.

Advanced Avionics is an optional GTA$1,200,000 Art Studio upgrade. It improves the aviation support used by compatible finale plans; it is not required to host the heist and does not increase Primary Target payouts. GTA BOOM used it during the tested solo Elite route to reduce the risk of losing the escape helicopter.

The Mansion is the only property required to install the Art Studio, but other owned businesses can add conveniences during the finale. An Agency, Darnell Bros Garment Factory or Terrorbyte can provide more time inside the vault, while an Arcade with the Drone Station can make Nano Drones available. Mansion Armory, Vehicle Workshop and Security upgrades can also improve specific loadouts, vehicles or escape support.

Rockstar does not publish an exact value for every time or vehicle improvement, so treat these as optional advantages rather than guaranteed payout increases.

The story target, La Dernière Débauche, must be sold. After that first completion, eligible rotating Primary Targets can be sold for the applicable weekly value or displayed in the Art Studio.

Displaying a painting keeps it as decoration and produces no sale payout for that run. Choose it only when collecting the artwork matters more than immediate cash. The display can be seen inside the Studio after the finale.

Buy the Art Studio if you want to host and control Kortz Center setups, collect eligible paintings or use the heist as repeatable content. It is not required for crew members, and the GTA$4.7 million room sits on top of an expensive Mansion purchase. Players focused only on short-term profit should compare the total entry cost with the confirmed Kortz payouts before buying.
