Prix Luxury Real Estate sells customizable mansions in Grand Theft Auto Online. Its three properties place players in Tongva Hills, Richman or Vinewood Hills around Los Santos, with shared amenities and optional upgrades that turn each mansion into both a home and an operating base.²

History

Prix Luxury Real Estate first appeared during New Listings Week, when players helped prepare its developments through three New Listings missions. Access to those missions followed the Money Fronts introduction.¹

The company became GTA Online's mansion seller with A Safehouse in the Hills in December 2025.²

Branding

Prix Luxury presents itself as the top end of the Grand Theft Auto property market. Its gold logo, the slogan "Very Important Prix - Status is Everything" and its VIP tiers turn mansion ownership into another measure of status in Los Santos. The logo and slogan appeared on Coming Soon signs before the mansions went on sale.¹

Mansions and Services

Every Prix Luxury mansion includes a garage, rooftop helipad, pool, hot tub, trophy room, private salon, office, vault and AI Assistant. Players can select an interior style and add upgrades including an Armory, Vehicle Workshop, Car Podium and Art Studio.³

The three properties are:

• Tongva Estate: A coastal mansion in Tongva Hills near Marlowe Vineyards, on the property associated with Devin Weston in Grand Theft Auto V.
• Richman Villa: A hillside home between Los Santos and Vinewood Hills.
• Vinewood Residence: A mansion below the Vinewood sign with views across Los Santos.

New Listings and the VIP Program

The three New Listings missions asked players to clear squatters, obtain construction materials and deal with contractors before the mansions launched. Players who completed all three by December 7, 2025 reached Gold Tier and qualified for a GTA$2 million discount on any Prix Luxury mansion, alongside a GTA$1 million bonus and the Black Rockstar Varsity Crewneck.¹

The Kortz Center Heist

A mansion became a heist property in July 2026 with the arrival of the Kortz Center Heist. Hosting requires a Prix Luxury mansion fitted with the Art Studio, where players prepare forged paintings, equipment and a custom finale loadout. Crew members can join another host without owning either upgrade.⁴

Buying a Mansion

Players purchase and renovate all three properties through the Prix Luxury Real Estate website on their in-game phone. Each location includes the same core mansion features, while interior styles and optional upgrades determine the final cost.³
