The best money this week is in the 3X bonuses. The Halloween Featured Series, which covers Slasher and Ramius Slasher, pays triple GTA$ and RP. So do the Halloween Survivals, which are Ludendorff Cemetery Survival, Cayo Perico Survival, and the Alien Survivals, and GTA+ members get 6X on those. The San Andreas Super Sport Series, covering Hotring Races and Random Transform Races, also pays 3X, as does the Community Race Series. Several activities pay double GTA$ and RP: Bail Office Standard and Most Wanted Targets, Dispatch Work, and UFO Business Battles. Jack O' Lanterns also pay double GTA$ and RP, while Ghosts Exposed pays double GTA$ only, and GTA+ members get 4X on both. The FIB Priority File this week is The Brute Force File, and Priority Files pay double.
The rest of the Halloween content is still running. Slashers, Clone Slasher, the Phantom Car, Cerberus Surprise, Possessed Animals, Ghosts Exposed, Jack O' Lanterns, and Peyote Plants are all active, and the Halloween masks, face paints, horns, bobbleheads, and Casino decorations are still available. The Kortz Center Heist has new Primary Targets in Twindifference, Teckels, and A Cast of Characters. Its first-completion bonus has reset, so you can claim it again, and finishing the heist without dying pays an extra GTA$400,000. The Salvage Yard Robberies are the Gangbanger Robbery for the Grotti Itali RSX (top tier), the Podium Robbery for the Albany Fränken Stange (standard tier), and the Cargo Ship Robbery for the BF Weevil (low tier).
On the discount side, Agency properties, including their upgrades and modifications, are 40% off along with five vehicles, including the Albany Brigham and the LCC Sanctus. There's also a second group that includes the Dinka Sugoi that is 30% off.
