Heists are among the biggest money-makers in GTA Online, but the headline payout does not tell the whole story. Setup costs, crew cuts, difficulty, time and whether it is your first eligible completion after the weekly reset can all change what you actually earn.
The tables below cover the Original, Doomsday, Casino, Cayo Perico and Kortz Center heists. Rockstar's Title Update 1.73 notes identify the activities with weekly first-completion bonuses and confirm that Cayo Perico target rates and values were adjusted.1 Where the weekly boost applies, the first eligible finale or Primary Target sale after the weekly reset pays more. Additional runs before the next reset use the regular payout.
Rockstar does not publish every exact amount shown below. GTA BOOM keeps these figures up to date using the values in our Heist Earnings Calculator and completed in-game runs. Unconfirmed rotating values are labelled instead of estimated.

Original GTA Online Heists
The Original Apartment Heists were the first multi-part heists introduced in GTA Online. Each one comprises setup missions followed by a finale, culminating in The Pacific Standard Job. Their repeat payouts are generally lower than the later heists when compared with the time required to complete every setup and finale.
Payout
The table lists the current GTA BOOM-tested setup costs and repeat-run finale payouts for Easy, Normal and Hard difficulty.
Original Heists Repeat Payouts
Heist | Setup Cost | Payout (Easy) | Payout (Normal) | Payout (Hard) | Average Completion Time |

Current repeat-run finale payouts by difficulty; the first completion after the weekly reset pays 1.5 times these values.
Heists' Elite Challenges
In every OG heist finale, players can undertake a series of bonus objectives known as Elite Challenges. These challenges task players with either finishing the heist finale within a restricted timeframe or accomplishing specific tasks throughout the mission.
If players successfully complete all Elite Challenges within a single heist, they unlock an additional $100,000 bonus, except for The Fleeca Job, which offers a $50,000 bonus.
The following are the challenges
- The Fleeca Job
- Complete in under 5:20
- Vehicle damage under 6%
- Nobody gets wasted

The Cayo Perico Heist

The Cayo Perico Heist Payout
The first playthrough uses the Madrazo Files as its fixed story target. Later runs rotate among the repeatable Primary Targets. Rockstar changed the repeat target appearance rates to a weekly cadence and adjusted Primary and Secondary Target values in Title Update 1.73.1
Repeatable Primary Targets include Sinsimito Tequila, Ruby Necklace, Bearer Bonds, Pink Diamond and the event-driven Panther Statue. Secondary loot includes artwork, weed, cocaine, cash and gold, limited by loot-bag capacity.

- Complete the Cayo Perico Heist in less than 15 minutes.
- Full loot bags.
- No failed hacks.

The Kortz Center Heist
The Kortz Center Heist is a repeatable art robbery for one to four players. Rockstar confirms that stolen art can be sold or displayed and that selling more art during the same weekly period lowers buyer demand.3 GTA BOOM's completed runs show that the first Primary Target sold after the weekly reset receives the boosted value. Additional sales use the lower buyer-fatigue value, and each additional run costs the host GTA$100,000 to plan. If a paid setup carries across the weekly reset, its target value updates for the new week; the original fee remains spent, but the game does not charge it again.
Confirmed Kortz Center Primary Target Payouts
Primary Target | Difficulty | First sale after weekly reset | Additional sales before next reset |
|---|---|---|---|
La Dernière Débauche | Normal | GTA$1,925,000 | GTA$481,250 |
Consumato | Normal | Not yet confirmed | GTA$308,000 |
I Hear Voices | Normal | Not yet confirmed | GTA$308,500 |
The Downfall of Rome | Hard | GTA$1,342,000 | GTA$335,500 |
I, Fruit | Hard | GTA$1,372,800 | GTA$343,200 |
Confirmed Normal and Hard values for the first Primary Target sold after the weekly reset and any additional sales before the next reset.
La Dernière Débauche is mandatory on the story run and must be sold. We have not yet personally confirmed that it can reappear later. On Normal, we confirmed Consumato at GTA$308,000 and I Hear Voices at GTA$308,500 on additional sales after the weekly boost had already been used.
On Hard, The Downfall of Rome pays GTA$1,342,000 for the first sale after the weekly reset and GTA$335,500 on an additional sale. I, Fruit pays GTA$1,372,800 for the first sale after the reset and GTA$343,200 on an additional sale. The full Hard rotation and target odds are still being confirmed, so unverified paintings remain outside the table.
See the complete Kortz Center payout guide for bonuses, fees, solo limits and recorded result breakdowns. You can also use the Heist Earnings Calculator to work out a Normal run or a Hard run with one of the confirmed targets.
