Your mission is to gather intelligence, acquire specialized equipment, and ultimately neutralize Bogdan and his operation.

Before embarking on Act 2, there are a few prerequisites. Players must own a CEO Office or MC Clubhouse to purchase a Facility, which serves as the planning hub for the Doomsday Heist. Crucially, you must have successfully completed Act 1, "The Data Breaches."

The initial setup cost to begin Act 2 ("The Bogdan Problem") is $95,000. While this investment is necessary, the potential rewards are significant, including substantial cash payouts and access to trade prices for certain vehicles used during the missions.

The overall scope of Act 2 involves a series of interconnected prep missions to source vital equipment and intelligence, followed by more intensive setup missions where these assets are put to use. These missions range from stealing keycards and rescuing ULP to acquiring amphibious vehicles and reconnoitering Bogdan's submarine.
