Jason Duval is one of the two protagonists in Grand Theft Auto VI. He is an Army veteran who works for drug runners in the Leonida Keys, where his life changes after meeting Lucia Caminos.1
Background
Jason grew up around grifters and criminals. He joined the Army while trying to leave his troubled teenage years behind, but later returned to crime in the Keys. By the beginning of GTA VI, he is working for local drug runners and considering a different path.1
Partnership with Lucia
Meeting Lucia could offer Jason the easier life he wants or make his circumstances worse. When a robbery goes wrong, the pair become caught in a criminal conspiracy across Leonida and must rely on each other to survive.1
First reveal
Jason appeared alongside Lucia in Trailer 1, including scenes set in and around Vice City.2 Trailer 2 later expanded their story and life in Leonida.3
Voice actor
Jason's voice actor has not been announced. Troy Baker denied that he voiced Jason, while a later resume entry prompted speculation about Gregory Joseph Connors.
