The AI Assistant (with each of its selectable voices - Angel, Haviland, or OG) comes free with every mansion and can handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Fast-traveling you between owned properties.
• Triggering business boosts and management shortcuts.
• Arranging vehicles and helicopter transport.
• Managing certain party and mansion functions.

You can switch between the three personas at any time through Mansion Management.

Inside your mansion, open the Interaction Menu → Mansion Management → Customization. From there, you can place:

• Trophies linked to awards and Career milestones
• Art and decor purchased for the property

These appear in trophy cabinets, wall spaces, and display areas around the home.

You can buy one dog and one cat, and they’re shared across all your mansions. To get them:

• Interact with the kennel inside the mansion to buy a dog.
• Interact with the cat shelter inside the mansion to buy a cat.
• Each pet costs $15,000 regardless of breed or color.
• Pets are purely cosmetic companions, and they don't affect combat or player income. Players can interact with them and pet them.

No. There's no passive income tied directly to mansions. They work more like luxury safehouses that offer security, storage, and convenience perks, not standalone businesses. Your existing businesses are still where your money comes from. The mansion's security upgrade simply helps protect them.

No. Rival players cannot walk into your mansion because the property is instanced and has locked gates, similar to high-end apartments and other interiors. Outside, the gate prevents random players from entering, and inside, you are completely safe unless you invite someone in.

Once you update the game, you will receive a text from Avi Schwartzman directing you to a payphone at Xero Gas on Calais Avenue. On your map, you will see a gold "A" icon labeled KnoWay Out in Little Seoul. Answer the payphone to trigger a short cutscene, then follow Avi's instructions to a second payphone in Alta. Interacting with that payphone starts Negative Press, which is the first mission in the chain.

Yes. Without a mansion, you can play all the regular KnoWay Out missions, but "Home Sweet Home" will stay locked.

On your first completion, Home Sweet Home pays $500,000. Subsequent replays pay a standard mission payout instead of repeating the full $500,000 bonus. Standard contact mission payout can range from $30,000 to $40,000.

Yes. Once unlocked, Home Sweet Home can be replayed like other contact missions. You can start it again via the Jobs menu, but the $500k first-time bonus only pays out once per character. But it will only be available permanently after completing it once.
