TL;DR Summary

Six Grand Theft Auto 6 songs are officially confirmed via trailers, one radio station is verified, while T Pain and Panama rank as the strongest self-reported artists.

Grand Theft Auto V launched with over 240 licensed tracks across 17 radio stations. By the time Grand Theft Auto Online finished expanding the library, the total exceeded 750 songs. Grand Theft Auto VI is expected to match or exceed that scale, (probably eventually than at launch), drawing from a musical palette that spans 1980s Miami nostalgia, modern trap and hip-hop, Latin reggaeton, Caribbean kompa, country, and electronic dance music.

For now, though, Rockstar Games has officially confirmed six songs through its two trailers. However, several artists have independently revealed their involvement. On top of this are rumors, some from credible industry sources, that suggest the full soundtrack will be one of the most ambitious ever assembled for any entertainment product.

This page tracks every confirmed, self-reported, and rumored song using a three-tier system.

Every entry is categorized as CONFIRMED (from official trailers), SELF-REPORTED (artist stated involvement), or RUMORED (unverified).

We will update this page through launch on November 19 and beyond.

The station list reflects the cultural geography of modern Miami and South Florida: rock, country, kompa, pop, hip-hop, Latin, electronic, talk radio, and possibly artist-curated platforms.

Grand Theft Auto has always been a music discovery platform disguised as a video game. Frank Ocean's Blonded Radio in GTA V featured exclusive and rare tracks. Tyler, the Creator, took care of music curation. Flying Lotus hosted FlyLo FM. Millions of players discovered artists they never would have found otherwise. When Trailer 1 dropped, Tom Petty's "Love Is a Long Road" experienced a 37,000% streaming spike on Spotify. We repeat, a 1989 song that most people under 30 had never heard became a viral moment when Rockstar included it in a two-minute trailer.

When the full GTA 6 soundtrack is revealed, expect dozens of tracks, especially deep cuts and older songs, to experience the same phenomenon.

The full soundtrack will expand this into dozens of genres across what is expected to be the most comprehensive musical curation in gaming history.

For now, one radio station is confirmed. Jason was spotted wearing a V-Rock t-shirt in promotional footage, confirming the return of the iconic rock station from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Meanwhile, T-Pain is the strongest self-reported candidate after Rockstar asked him to stop playing on RP servers during development, which implies a formal relationship that includes information management.

Another strong sign is the Panama deletion. Artists do not delete posts about their own music unless someone with contractual authority asks them to. The deletion is, counterintuitively, stronger evidence of authenticity than the original post was.

Finally, we can't just deny the Drake rumor. Jermaine Dupri is not a random commenter. He is a Grammy-winning producer with decades of industry relationships. If artist-specific stations function as platforms for releasing new music into the game, radio stations would become living, evolving content streams rather than static playlists, transforming GTA 6 into a music industry event as much as a gaming one.

Despite so much uncertainty, one thing we know for sure is that the marketing campaign starts this summer and the game is coming out on November 19. Trailer 3 will reveal new songs. Each one will spike on Spotify within hours. The soundtrack reveal, whenever it comes, will be the biggest single-day music curation event in gaming history.

Why? Because GTA makes music matter to people who were not listening before. The radio is about to turn on. This page will catalog every beat when it does. Bookmark it and check back.
