For starters, the biggest money-making opportunity this week is Smoke on the Water Legal Work, which is paying 10x GTA$ and RP. If you own the Hands-On Car Wash and its Smoke on the Water side business, this is the single most lucrative non-heist activity available in Los Santos right now.

If you missed the Stoner Survival mode, that limited-time Freemode activity that only activated at 4:20 PM daily near the Senora Desert Trailer Park, it appears to have ended with Week 1. The 4x Pizza Delivery bonus is also gone, which is relevant if you are one of the players grinding pizzas for a mansion. Pizza delivery still pays its base rate, but the 4x multiplier that made it temporarily competitive is no longer active. However, the Smoke on the Water 10x bonus is here.
The Smoke on the Water business is a side operation that unlocks after purchasing the Hands-On Car Wash ($1,000,000) and then the Smoke on the Water add-on ($850,000, currently 50% off at $425,000). The "Legal Work" component involves delivery missions where you supply weed to customers around Los Santos.
At 10x, each delivery run generates payouts in the range of $100,000 to $200,000, depending on the number of customers served. The hourly earning rate at 10x rivals mid-tier heist payouts without requiring setup missions, teammates, or heist-specific equipment.
For anyone who does not already own the Hands-On Car Wash and Smoke on the Water, the total buy-in this week is $1,425,000 ($1,000,000 for the Car Wash plus $425,000 for the discounted Smoke on the Water). It's a hefty investment that pays for itself within a few hours of 10x Legal Work deliveries. If you have the capital and you plan to play at all this week, buying in is worth it.
The weekly challenge is also tied to the 420 theme. Win Hunting Pack (Get Lamar) twice to receive the Güffy Drug Rug Hoodie and GTA$100,000. Hunting Pack itself is paying 4x, so completing this challenge also generates meaningful bonus income on top of the cosmetic reward.

The Prize Ride is the Truffade Adder ($1,000,000), unlocked by placing top 2 in LS Car Meet Series races for three consecutive days.
