Monkey Mosaics are 50 pieces of street art hidden around Los Santos in GTA 5 Story Mode. Photograph every mosaic with Snapmatic to unlock monkey-themed outfits. Rockstar confirms that returning players can also unlock the Go Go Monkey Blista.1

This mosaic is at Los Santos International Airport, beside Los Santos Customs. Look on the upper-left corner of a rusty container.

This mosaic is inside the abandoned motel on Algonquin Boulevard in Sandy Shores. Enter through the southern doorway and check the western side of the first-floor hallway.

This mosaic is inside the abandoned auto-repair workshop opposite the liquor market on Marina Drive in Sandy Shores. You can photograph it from outside by standing on a vehicle and zooming in, or climb into the building and leave through the open roof.

This is located on the wall behind the gas station next to Beeker's Garage in Paleto Bay. You will see the mosaic on the top right corner of the wall.
Rewards
After photographing all 50 Monkey Mosaics, you receive a notification that new clothes have been added to Trevor's wardrobe.
Play as Trevor and open his wardrobe to equip the rewards: four pairs of Space Monkey Briefs, five Space Monkey Tank Tops and three Space Monkey Dresses.

Returning players can also unlock the Go Go Monkey Blista by completing the Monkey Mosaic random event after photographing all 50 mosaics. The vehicle then becomes available from the Special Vehicles menu in a protagonist's garage.1
