Inspiration
Los Santos Customs is inspired by the real-life West Coast Customs located in Burbank, California. West Coast Customs was involved in a GTA V promotional event where they recreated the Bravado Banshee car in real life.
Features
GTA V vs GTA Online
In Grand Theft Auto Online, Los Santos Customs functions similarly to its single-player counterpart but also acts as a chop shop for selling stolen or unwanted vehicles. Here, players can sell one vehicle per in-game day (48 real-time minutes).
Any vehicles with a retail value of and below $100,000 can be stolen and sold unless marked as "too hot." Legally purchased vehicles can also be sold but return only 60% of their purchase price plus 50% of customizations. You can also sell pre-modified vehicles found in-game for higher values unless it's classified as "too hot."
*Note: Players cannot buy Los Santos Customs in GTA Online.
