Hotel Dixon is a beachfront hotel in Vice Beach, Leonida, set to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI.

Appearance

The hotel has a tall, narrow frontage and a large vertical neon sign bearing the Dixon name. It stands among several hotels along the Vice Beach waterfront, including Hotel Neptune and Hotel Boardwalk.

Architecture

Hotel Dixon uses the neon signage, strong vertical lines and decorative facade associated with Miami Beach's Art Deco district. The City of Miami Beach identifies Lawrence Murray Dixon as one of the architects responsible for many of the district's Art Deco buildings.2

Hotel Dixon resembles Hotel Victor South Beach through its Ocean Drive setting and Art Deco facade.3 Its name may also echo architect Lawrence Murray Dixon.

GTA VI appearance

Hotel Dixon appears in GTA VI Trailer 1, where its sign is visible among the hotels on the Vice Beach coastline.1 It is in Vice-Dale County.

The location is new to the HD Universe; it does not appear in the version of Vice City depicted in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Hotel Dixon appears to be the tallest of at least four hotels situated in Vice Beach.
