Grand Theft Auto Online is expanding its roster of legal money-making activities with three new odd jobs that let players fight fires, operate forklifts, and deliver newspapers. All odd jobs are paying double rewards through February 4, making it a good time to try out legitimate work instead of the usual criminal activities.
The Firefighter job puts you on emergency response duty across Los Santos. You'll handle blazes, gas leaks, and rescue cats stuck in trees. The faster you respond to dispatch calls, the more you earn. Players can start by visiting the fire station in El Burro or simply driving a Fire Truck they own. Complete 25 dispatches and you'll unlock the Unwavering Outfit.
Another option is the Forklift Operator work which has you loading delivery pallets at the Alpha Mail warehouse near Los Santos International Airport (LSIA). You pick up pallets and place them on conveyor belts to earn your pay. Load up five times and you get The Forklift Certified Outfit. This one's straightforward warehouse work that pays 2X GTA$ and RP during the promotional period.
You can also opt for the Paper Route which brings back old-school newspaper delivery for the Los Santos Meteor. The print news business is apparently thriving in Los Santos, and they need help getting papers to subscribers. Pick up routes from the Meteor's office in Strawberry and make your deliveries for double pay this week.
The double rewards extend to all existing odd jobs too. Medical courier runs for QuickiePharm, armored deliveries for Bobcat Security and Gruppe Sechs, and pizza delivery for Pizza This are all paying twice as much. The Brute Stockade and Bobcat Security Stockade are 30% off if you want your own delivery vehicles. Deliver five pizzas and you'll get a Pizza This tee plus a tripled weekly challenge bonus of $300,000.
