Rockstar Games' return to its once-clockwork like release schedule for Grand Theft Auto Online couldn't last for longer than a week it seems. Running late once again, at the very least this week's announcement didn't delay longer than 24 hours beyond the usual time for release. The only problem is that it isn't the update everyone wanted (nor is the background update that Rockstar also just released), which we'll talk more about in a bit.

For now, let's focus on facts: GTA Online is getting three new pulse-pounding Draft Races: "Go with the Flow" transforms the typically serene Paleto Bay into a drifter's paradise, where players will need to master the art of controlled chaos. "Gang's All Here" takes racers through the narrow streets of Rancho, testing their ability to navigate tight corners while avoiding potential conflicts. For those seeking the ultimate challenge, "Buckle Down" offers an adrenaline-fueled journey from the Galileo Observatory to the heart of Downtown Vinewood, leaving a trail of smoke and excitement in its wake.

The rewards for participating in these Drift Races are equally impressive, with players earning double GTA$ and RP for their efforts. GTA+ Members are in for an even bigger treat, with the potential to rake in up to four times the usual rewards. As an added incentive, completing any three Drift Races will net players a GTA$100,000 bonus.
