This is just one of the latest ways companies outside of Rockstar Games finding a way to take advantage of the hype surrounding the next Grand Theft Auto. Coincidentally, it's in Norway where another retailer is is giving away free GTA 6 copies to parents giving birth on the day of the game's release.
With that said, because this isn't an official Rockstar promotion, the valuation of the free GTA 6 is likely already baked into what you pay over the fixed term. However, if the plan you need to take is one you would have chosen anyway, this is a straightforwardly good deal and you should take it. It's a win-win since you're already getting a new device along with the game.
