Snow And Holiday Cheer Come To GTA Online

The holiday season is upon us, and the festivities have reached Los Santos as well. As part of a recurring Christmas miracle, snow has fallen to temporarily replace the otherwise eternal summer with a more wintery landscape, allowing players to lob snowballs at each other for a day or two.

Alongside the scheduled snowfall — that'd be pretty handy in real life, wouldn't it? — weekly bonuses and dripfeed DLC are here as well, with new resident DJs debuting in The Music Locker and a new car to add to your already overwhelmed garages.

You'll notice many of the most frequented in-game locations, such as The Diamond Casino & Resort which players spent the past year gambling in, partying in or robbing, decked out with all sorts of seasonal decorations just so you don't forget it's time for festivities when you step inside out of the snow.

A limited range of seasonal log-in rewards will be up for grabs, unlockable simply by playing the game during the holidays — you don't even need to play several days to unlock everything, as all of the seasonal rewards will be applied to your account the first time!
