For the Grand Theft Auto community's latest obsession, they've taken to Rockstar Games' YouTube channel for any clues that more Grand Theft Auto 6 news is coming.

This is the result of Rockstar's decision to delay GTA 6 to November 19, 2026. Faced with the game's second (and possibly not final) delay, fans are desperately looking for clues. The latest of which is the aforementioned YouTube channel, which shows a video count of 396, one more than the 395 videos actually visible to the public.

The most exciting interpretation suggests the unlisted video is the long-awaited third trailer for GTA 6. Fans point out that Rockstar typically uploads videos as unlisted or private before making them public at scheduled announcement times. This allows the company to prepare everything in advance and simply flip the visibility setting when ready.

Of course, Rockstar knows better by now than to leave obvious hints like this. If there's indeed a published video on Rockstar's YouTube channel, don't expect it to be GTA 6.

Previously, a similar incident happened only for Rockstar to upload a YouTube Short rather than a significant trailer or announcement.

Besides, don't forget that YouTube's video counting systems can behave unpredictably, and unlisted content doesn't necessarily indicate major upcoming announcements. Companies regularly upload various materials as unlisted videos for internal purposes, testing, or minor promotions that never receive public attention.

With that said, there's one thing that Rockstar has indeed updated since delaying GTA 6. The developers have updated the release dates for the first and second trailers on their official website to reflect their latest announcement. Likewise, they've made similar updates to their social media banners. Every header image featuring the Trailer 2 artwork of Lucia and Jason alongside the GTA VI logo now displays November 19, 2026, instead of the previous May 26, 2026 text.

Ultimately, there's no way to definitively know what the unlisted video represents until Rockstar chooses to make it public or address it somehow. It could be the third trailer for GTA 6, but it could just as easily be a new DLC for Grand Theft Auto Online. It could be something completely unrelated to either game.

What's certain is that Trailer 3 for GTA 6 will arrive when they're ready, according to their carefully planned marketing timeline.
