The multi-million dollar Weaponized Tampa is this month's freebie, giving subscribers a rolling fortress that can dominate entire lobbies without the weeks-long grind.
GTA+ members logging in this October will be surprised to discover a military-grade vehicle worth millions sitting in their garage, completely free of charge.
Halloween events usually focus on cosmetic items like costumes and decorations. Rockstar Games decided to go a different route this time around. It's handing out something that fundamentally changes how GTA+ can play the game in the form of the Declasse Weaponized Tampa. The modified muscle car is one of the most aggressive combat vehicles available in Grand Theft Auto Online, typically requiring players to grind for weeks or spend real money on Shark Cards to afford it.
The Weaponized Tampa comes with factory-installed armor plating and a roof-mounted minigun as standard equipment. But the base vehicle is just the beginning. Fully upgraded, you can add in front-mounted missle launches, rear mortars that fire explosive rounds, and promixity mines that turns this vehicle into a rolling fortress capable of taking on entire lobbies of hostile players.
The base Weaponized Tampa typically costs around GTA$ 2.1 million. Add in the cost of upgrades, which can easily exceed another million, and you're looking at a 3 million dollar investment. For context, you'd have to spend dozens of hours grinding just to earn that much through regular gameplay missions, even with the help of our guides!
Members can claim the vehicle through the Vinewood Car Club. The car comes pre-wrapped in the Santo Capra Coins livery, an exclusive black and white pattern.
Beyond the free car, Rockstar has structured October to be exceptionally profitable for GTA+ subscribers. Document forgery and counterfeit cash operations, two of the game's passive income businesses, are paying double rewards through early November, which could generate millions in extra income with minimal additional effort. Also, while all players receive double rewards for participating in Halloween-themed game modes like Slasher and Condemned, members get quadruple rewards.
If you're good at these competitive modes and play them regularly, the extra earnings can add up quickly. A few hours of gameplay could net you more in-game currency than you'd earn in a week of standard missions.

But here's where the subscription really starts to pay for itself: GTA+ members get stacking bonuses on biker businesses later this month. That means the bonuses compound on top of each other. Rockstar has also slashed the price of biker business upgrades and modifications by fifty percent. If you've been putting off improving your criminal operations because of the cost, now is the time to make those investments while they're more affordable.
Finally, to no one's surprise, the cosmetic offerings this month lean heavily into the Halloween theme. Members get the LS Death Metal Hoodie and Shorts delivered for free, along with returning favorites like the Mummy Costume and Skeleton Bodysuit. There are also new Anodized Bronze Pearl Chameleon Paints available for both vehicles and wheels, giving your rides a burnished metallic finish that catches the light in interesting ways.
Perhaps more importantly, alien weapons are fifty percent off this month at the Gun Van. Weapons like the Unholy Hellbringer, Up-n-Atomizer, and Widowmaker normally command premium prices, but members can stock up at half cost.
And speaking of the Gun Van, GTA+ members get its location permanently marked on their map, although it's not like we haven't been helping you with this for years anyway.
The Halloween event runs through November 5, which means there's still plenty of time to take advantage of these limited-time bonuses, which is on top of the free titles that Rockstar has been giving away. The most recent addition is Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition for mobile devices.
