The Maibatsu MonstroCiti arrived as a new off-road vehicle with GTA Online's San Andreas Mercenaries update.
Rockstar had previously advertised a different name, the Maibatsu Monstrosity, in GTA III's manual. The MonstroCiti is the new vehicle introduced with this update.
For GTA+ members, the San Andreas Mercenaries update includes a way to claim the off-roader for free.
If you want to claim the vehicle through GTA+, here's how the offer works.
The San Andreas Mercenaries update has also introduced a new wave of GTA+ benefits, one of which includes a free Maibatsu MonstroCiti for members. The vehicle offers an HSW performance upgrade, priced at $1,109,000.
The Maibatsu MonstroCiti is only available for free to GTA+ members. However, it's worth noting that only PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players can sign up for GTA+, which has a monthly subscription of $5.99.
Once signed up, players can claim their free Maibatsu MonstroCiti from the Southern San Andreas Super Autos in-game website or by visiting The Vinewood Car Club in GTA Online San Andreas Mercenaries.
The Maibatsu MonstroCiti supports an HSW upgrade on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, along with Imani Tech.
The same update also introduced the Grotti Itali GTO Stinger TT, which supports both HSW and Imani Tech upgrades.
By introducing a VIP experience, including access to the curated stock of distinct vehicles at The Vinewood Car Club, GTA+ has brought more value to its subscribers. Additionally, the subscription service also includes the Avenger Operations Terminal upgrade for undertaking new missions in San Andreas Mercenaries.
The Maibatsu MonstroCiti's reputation precedes it. The vehicle's off-road presence, coupled with the new HSW upgrade, makes it a must-have for GTA+ Members.
Coupled with the exclusive benefits of the GTA+ subscription, including a monthly bonus of GTA$500,000 and a range of other perks and discounts like 2X GTA$ and RP on RC Time Trials and 1.5X GTA$ and RP on Project Overthrow and Hangar Sell Missions, GTA+ members have every bit of a reason to extend their membership.
