"Might" is a strong word, but Rockstar Games has left less obvious teases before that eventually came true.

Fans are speculating that Rockstar Games might be teasing the release date of the next Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer, reminiscent of their clever announcement last year. True to their detail orientedness putting conspiracy theorists to shame, fans now think a hint lies in the license plate of a pizza bike.

In June 2023, way before the official GTA 6 trailer was released, Rockstar dropped a T-shirt with the hidden message "ONEDAYWILLREVEALALL" and a string of numbers that later turned out to be the trailer's release date, December 5, 2023.

Now, Rockstar's latest Grand Theft Auto Online DLC has fans circling a new date. The recent update added pizza deliveries to the game, but it's a licensed plate containing the letters "OCT" and the number "4" that has caught fans' attention, leading some to believe that Rockstar will make an announcement on October 4.

Speculation is rife, and with_GTA 6_slated for a Fall 2025 release, what else would Rockstar subtly hint at that could be available in October? However, this isn't the first time Rockstar has teased something in_GTA Online_that amounted to nothing.

While the shirt tease proved that Rockstar are masters at dropping hints, they're also skilled at stirring up excitement for no reason, as evidenced by last year's moon phase conspiracy. Although it is still worth noting that Tom Petty's "Love Is A Long Road", used for the official_GTA 6_trailer, is from the album "Full Moon Fever."

Conspiracy theories about GTA 6 have become more prevalent as the dearth of information has forced fans to go back to square one while they wait for official news.

Until October, fans can look forward to Take-Two Interactive's next earnings call.

In other GTA 6 news, a former GTA lead developer believes that the upcoming game might disappoint some fans with extremely high expectations, while SAG-AFTRA has confirmed that a GTA 6 delay due to the strikes is highly unlikely.
