Fans on platforms like Reddit have been keenly analyzing the trailer, comparing the mansion to how it appeared in GTA: Vice City with its possible depiction in GTA 6.

So far, the discussions have ranged from nostalgic reminiscences of Vice City to debates over the mansion's role in the new game.

Amidst this speculation, it's important to note the temporal context. Assuming GTA 6 is set in the 2020s, close to four decades would have passed since the events of GTA: Vice City.
