The Miami nightclub turning itself into Vice City for Grand Theft Auto VI has added a second reason to celebrate and join in on the fun. We had already covered E11EVEN's plan to become NINE1NINE Vice City for one night on November 6, a GTA 6-themed grand opening with Flo Rida as the headliner. Now, the club has layered a personal twist on top. The night is billed as a birthday bash too.

Make no mistake, Vice City is still the overarching theme, Flo Rida is still the headliner and the date has not moved, but E11EVEN is now also throwing the party for one of its own.

In a post from its official account on November 4, E11EVEN wrote, "VICE CITY's NINE1NINE GRAND OPENING celebrating Gino LoPinto's Birthday. Live performance FLO RIDA. FRI. NOV 6th." Gino LoPinto, a longtime operating partner of the club and a known name in Miami and Las Vegas nightlife, reshared it from his own account. The birthday angle was nowhere in the original late-October promos.

Tickets are still going through the club's own channels, starting in the mid-$40 range for general admission with VIP tables on top. None of this is an official Rockstar Games event. The club is running its own GTA 6 tribute but it just speaks to how much the influence of Grand Theft Auto has grown.

Same date, same headliner, now also a birthday party for E11EVEN's Gino LoPinto.

The party is part of a Miami that is rapidly turning into Vice City, whether as part of an official Rockstar collaboration or not. The Miami area has seen a giant GTA 6 sign go up on the Kaseya Center, beach gear and plane banners along South Beach, the Miami Heat preparing to play as Vice City and Rockstar's pitch to turn Miami-Dade's airport and port into Vice City. A nightclub rebranding for a night, with a birthday attached, is right at home in that crowd.

Vice City was always built on Miami, so Miami throwing itself a Vice City party has a nice full-circle energy.
