The Pegassi Oppressor is a weaponized motorcycle in Grand Theft Auto Online that takes road riding into the air. Its rocket boost launches the bike, while extendable wings let you glide between landings. A front-mounted machine gun comes as standard, with missiles available as an upgrade.1

With the wings folded, you ride it like a road bike. Once airborne, keeping your speed and choosing a landing spot are part of the trick: the boost recharges when the wheels touch a surface, ready for another launch.

For pricing and performance figures, see the Oppressor’s vehicle page.

Gunrunning origins

The Oppressor arrived with Gunrunning on June 13, 2017. It was one of the six weaponized vehicles sold through Warstock Cache & Carry at the update’s launch. Gunrunning also introduced Bunkers and the Mobile Operations Center, which supplied the research and workshop facilities for the new vehicles.1

Two Mobile Operations use Oppressors. Data Breach has players retrieve bikes carrying stolen data and deliver them to a cargo plane. Work Dispute sends players on Oppressors to destroy a rival Mobile Operations Center. Work Dispute unlocks the original Oppressor’s trade price. Mobile Operations are launched from an owned MOC and open as its owner completes the required Bunker resupply missions.2

Weapons and workshop requirements

To replace the Oppressor’s machine gun with missiles, first unlock the upgrade through Bunker research. You then need a workshop that can fit weaponized-vehicle modifications.1

One option is a Mobile Operations Center fitted with the Weapon & Vehicle Workshop, which occupies two trailer bays. Choose that combined module rather than the separate Weapon Workshop, which only handles personal weapons. Los Santos Customs, Benny’s Original Motor Works and an ordinary Custom Auto Shop cannot fit these upgrades.23

Oppressor and Oppressor Mk II

The Oppressor’s wings distinguish it from the later Oppressor Mk II, the flying bike released on August 14, 2018.4 The two also need different upgrade facilities: the original uses a weaponized-vehicle workshop, while the Mk II has a dedicated workshop in the Terrorbyte. A Terrorbyte therefore won’t help you modify the original bike.5
