Pictured above is the map of GTA V compared to a real-world city: Berlin, Germany. Reddit user RileyRichard got the idea after seeing the map of GTA V with the correct scale.
In addition to Berlin, he compared the scaled GTA V map to Barcelona (Spain), Cape Town (South Africa), Los Angeles (United States), London (United Kingdom), Montreal (Canada), New York City (United States), Paris (France), Rome (Italy), Seattle (United States), San Francisco (United States), Toronto (Canada), and Vancouver (Canada), and published the resulting images.

This really puts the game world into perspective, doesn't it? Video game worlds can seem so vast, but they're tiny compared to the real world. Can you imagine what it would be like if a GTA game was set in a city the size of those pictured above?
