You could argue that Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto 5 are in their waning years, with Rockstar Games preparing to twilight both games as it prepares to release Grand Theft Auto 6, its replacement for the next decade or so. However, it appears that Rockstar doesn't intend to let GTA Online ride off into the sunset with just a whimper, as evidenced by the most recent update.
While the "end" of GTA Online's content support is still far out, many other games at this point would be on life support. Instead, Rockstar is still pumping out updates that are not only substantial, but outright catering to what fans are hyped for. In this case, North Yankton and Zombies.
To no one's surprise, this year's GTA Online Halloween update is its most popular yet. In fact, so many people are playing GTA Online right now that Rockstar has had to move its goalposts, asking players to kill even more zombies and offering better rewards.
