Welcome to our guide for the Los Santos Drug Wars update in GTA Online. This update introduces the initial "Dose Mission Overview|First Dose]" story missions, which unlock a new venture: the Acid Lab business. A subsequent series of missions, "Last Dose Missions Guide|The Last Dose]," was also added to conclude the storyline.

The "First Dose" missions are your entry point into the Los Santos Drug Wars DLC, bringing new vehicles, missions, and the aforementioned Acid Lab. Unlike purchasing previous businesses, establishing your Acid Lab requires more groundwork. You'll need to actively source supply materials to manufacture and eventually sell your product.

Following the initial chapter, "The Last Dose" offers five additional missions that bring the Los Santos Drug Wars narrative to a close.

To begin your Acid Lab enterprise, you must first complete the "First Dose" mission series.
This guide will walk you through all eleven missions from both The First Dose and The Last Dose, detail the setup of your Acid Lab business, and we'll let you know exactly how much you can expect to earn through this new business.

First Dose Mission Overview

"First Dose" is the name of the six-mission storyline that you must complete to unlock the Acid Lab business. These missions can be started after receiving a call from Ron Jakowski, which you will receive after logging into GTA Online the first time since the Los Santos Drug Wars update arrived on December 13, 2022.

Once you've received Ron's call, you can go to the 'R' marker (representing Ron Jakowski) on your map. You can find it at Paleto Bay in Blaine County.

This is where you will start your first mission of the First Dose series called 'Welcome to the Troupe'.

After completing all the First Dose missions above, learn all about your Acid Lab business, including how to set it up, understand its mechanics, purchase upgrades (including the essential equipment upgrade via Fooligan Jobs), and maximize your production and sales.

The Last Dose Mission Overview

The second part of the Los Santos Drug Wars DLC contains five missions and is called "The Last Dose." It concludes the story which features characters like Dax, Labrat, Luchadora, and the infamous Isiah Friedlander from GTA 5's story mode.

Below, we have guides to completing all five missions of The Last Dose. They're not difficult to complete, but they do require some form of preparation, including buying snacks and armor, as all missions contain a lot of combat.

To start The Last Dose missions, you must complete all six Dose Missions Guide|The First Dose missions] (above). After completing the first six missions, you will receive a call from Dax.

After the call, you can start the mission by visiting 'D' outside the Freakshop. The letter 'D' represents Dax.
