Overview
Agatha Baker manages operations at The Diamond Casino & Resort in GTA Online. Rockstar introduced her as its Head of Operations when the casino opened on July 23, 2019.1
Baker becomes the player's main link to the casino's story and Freemode work. She recruits the player to protect the business, provides services to Master Penthouse owners and assigns smaller jobs involving client operations, asset recovery and problems affecting The Diamond.
Casino Story Missions
Baker and Tao Cheng hire the player to defend The Diamond from the Duggans, a wealthy Texan petrochemical family attempting a hostile takeover. The storyline runs across six missions:1

- Play to Win
- Bad Beat
- Cashing Out
Master Penthouse owners begin the storyline from Baker's office inside the casino. Once completed, the missions can also be replayed from the Jobs section of the Pause Menu.3
These missions originally required two to four players. Since the Los Santos Drug Wars update on December 13, 2022, all six can be launched with one player.2 The complete Casino Story Mission and reward requirements are covered separately, including the Armored Paragon R reward attached to hosting the sequence.
Services
Master Penthouse ownership unlocks three options when calling Baker.4 They are free, but cannot be requested while the player has a wanted level.

The Car Service vehicles are not personal vehicles and cannot be stored or insured. The Dubsta 2 spawning guide demonstrates one practical use for Baker's vehicle service.
Casino Work
Calling Baker to request work starts a randomly selected Casino Work assignment. These jobs can be completed alone and generally involve recovering property, protecting the casino, dealing with hostile groups or resolving problems for its management.1

The player cannot choose which variant appears, and locations may change between assignments.
Diamond Casino Heist connection
Baker does not plan or operate the Diamond Casino Heist. Her connection is an optional point of interest inside her office.
A penthouse is not required to host the heist. However, VIP access allows the player to enter Baker's office and photograph the Vault Blueprint during the casino scope-out. Doing so adds a drilling-practice prototype to the Arcade basement. The blueprint is optional and does not change the heist itself; the Diamond Casino Heist FAQ explains the distinction.
