The Vapid Ganado is a car-based pickup with a two-door cabin, long bonnet and integrated cargo bed. It belongs to Jason Duval in Grand Theft Auto VI, and its Retro Build gives the well-worn truck a brighter, muscle-car makeover.4

GTA VI role

Jason drives a turquoise-and-black Vapid pickup in Trailer 2 and appears with Lucia Caminos on its bonnet in official artwork.1 It appears to be the standard Ganado: the two-door cabin, integrated cargo bed, fender shape and side trim match the yellow Retro Build shown outside Jason's safehouse. This page previously used the name Creado.

The visible example has turquoise bodywork, a contrasting black front fender and a Vapid badge on the grille.2

The Ultimate Edition's Ganado Retro Build has a yellow paint job, red striping and a raised bonnet scoop. The exclusive modifications customize Jason's existing pickup.4

Design

The Ganado's closest overall visual comparison is the Ford Ranchero, a car-based pickup that Ford produced in several generations.3 The long bonnet, two-door cabin and integrated cargo bed follow that general coupe-utility format. Rockstar has not identified the Ranchero or any other vehicle as an official design source.

The Ganado also includes details that do not match one Ranchero exactly, including its grille, rear treatment and fender lines.
