The first minutes of Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look stay close to the characters, following them through an apartment block before the camera reaches the open streets. Later sequences widen the view with dense traffic, crowded rooftops, waterways and high-rises.

Rockstar Games released the 26-minute presentation on August 27. It was captured from a PlayStation 5 build and every image here comes from Rockstar's public 4K upload.

Jason and Lucia meet the crew

The presentation begins at night as Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos enter an apartment building and meet people gathered inside. The sequence moves through crowded hallways and a smoky apartment before the action starts.
