The Benefactor Schafter V12 is an enhanced performance version of the Schafter, seemingly drawing inspiration from the Mercedes-Benz S 65 AMG1 and the Brabus SV12 R2.

In GTA Online, the Schafter V12 is among the vehicles owned by Tony Prince. It can also be randomly chosen for servicing and returned to a customer at the Auto Shop Service. Players can purchase the Schafter V12 from Legendary Motorsport for $116,000. Additionally, they can spawn Tony's special variant for free using the "Request Limo" service.
In GTA 6, the car is shown cruising down a road reminiscent of Ocean Drive in Vice Beach, as seen in the first trailer at the 31-second mark. It's in the same shot as vehicles like the Grotti Cheetah Classic, Bravado Gauntley Hellfire, and the Pfister Comet S2 Cabrio.
