What changes in NoPixel V?
Rockstar's announcement describes expanded character customization, a Pixel Hotel & Casino, a six-block makeover of Cypress Flats, new jobs and changes to pedestrians. It also highlights the community's work on character immersion and modifications to the GTA V map.1
Access and planned updates
The announced beta was invitation-only, not an open release. Rockstar also outlined future plans for a PC in-game overlay, events and wider access, without giving a public launch date.1
Relationship to NoPixel
NoPixel is the broader roleplay community; NoPixel V is one of its named experiences. Despite the V in its name, it is built around Grand Theft Auto V, not Grand Theft Auto VI.1
