Giveaway Rules

Eligibility

All applicable laws and regulations in your country apply to Giveaways ( Giveaways) on GTA BOOM ( BOOM). Any Giveaway is void where prohibited by law or where other regulatory requirements have not been met. Employees and contractors of BOOM are not eligible to participate.

Agreement

By entering or otherwise participating in a Giveaway, you agree to these Rules, any supplementary rules, and the decisions of BOOM. All decisions are final and binding. Our terms and privacy policy are incorporated where applicable.

Entry and Times

The timeframe for entry into a Giveaway will be stated on the relevant entry page, post or widget. To enter, you must follow the provided instructions. The use of any automated or similar means to enter is prohibited and will void all entries by the offender and their associates. All entries must be ""manual."" Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is allowed.

We will select the name(s) of potential winner(s) at random from the eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning a Giveaway will depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be contacted by email or Facebook and asked to provide their full name, age, and mailing address within five days. If a potential winner does not respond within that time period, a new potential winner will be drawn instead.

Other Requirements

By accepting a prize from a Giveaway, you consent to us using your name and country for publicity purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsorship

Unless specified, our Giveaways are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or run in conjunction with any other website, game, or entity. All prizes will be purchased by us and given away.

We are in no way affiliated with Microsoft, Xbox, PlayStation, Sony, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, including in respect of any Giveaway or prize.

Prize

The prize being given away as part of a Giveaway will be specified on the relevant entry page or post. It is not substitutable for cash or anything else, except where decided by BOOM. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is no longer available. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes and fees that may be associated with their win.

If the running of the Giveaway is tampered with, impaired, or attacked in any way, we reserve the right to suspend it and attempt to continue the Giveaway in a way consistent with these Rules or award the prize(s) to eligible winners at that point in time. Entrants can be disqualified at the discretion of BOOM, including for tampering with the Giveaway, disruption, or otherwise acting in a way that is not fair or in accordance with these Rules.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in a Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless BOOM and its associates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including unauthorized human intervention, technical errors, administration errors, postal and delivery errors, and injury to or damage to persons or property, directly or indirectly. In any cause of action, our liability will be limited to the cost of participating in the Giveaway, and we will not be liable for any attorney fees. All entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

We are not liable to honor warranties, exchanges, or customer service related to the prize.
