No. Every cheat on this page is single-player only, none of them work in GTA Online by design. Anything that claims to, mod menus, money lobbies, is third-party modding, and Rockstar bans for that, often permanently and often the whole account. Spawning cars or cash Online means risking everything you've grinded for. Keep the cheats for story mode and earn it the normal way Online.
