The vehicle's primary design is based on the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon¹. Its police-specific modifications are inspired by several real-life and fictional Dodge Challenger police cars, including those used by the Broward County Sheriff's Office², the Florida Highway Patrol³, and the Texas Highway Patrol⁴. The steel wheels are directly inspired by the Mopar Police Pursuit Wheel⁵.

Players can purchase it from Warstock Cache & Carry for 5,420,000 GTA$. A trade price of 4,065,000 GTA$ is available after completing the mission "Scene of the Crime" as a leader. Post-update, the character Vincent Effenburger is shown using a Gauntlet Interceptor as his personal vehicle.
