Rockstar Games will troll fans for the heck of it and that's part of what makes the developers so beloved within the gaming community.
Case in point, the new price of the most hated GTA Online vehicle.
There's no love lost between the GTA Online community and the Oppressor MK-2. With its GTA$ 3.8 million sticker price at launch, fans hated the obnoxiously luxurious vehicle. But, as if it was also in on the meme, Rockstar decided to double the price of the Oppressor MK-2, as part of the latest GTA Online update.
This isn't all the good news as a lot of vehicles are getting a price cut going forward, specifically, the following:
- Brute Armored Boxville: GTA$1,300,000 (from GTA$2,926,000)
- HVY Chernobog: GTA $1,500,000 (from GTA$3,311,700)
- Imponte Ruiner 2000: GTA$3,750,000 (from GTA$575,600)
- Mammoth Thruster: GTA$2,500,000 (from GTA$3,657,500)
- Mammoth Tula: GTA$4,100,000 (from GTA$5,173,700)
- Ocelot Stromberg: GTA$3,185,350 (from GTA$2,500,000)
- Pegassi Oppressor: GTA$2,750,000 (from GTA$3,524,500)
- RM-10 Bombushka GTA$4,750,000 (from GTA$5,918,500)
Unfortunately, while these vehicles will get cheaper, a handful will be a lot more expensive as well, aside from the Pegassi Oppressor Mk II, like:
- Declasse Granger 3600LX: GTA$2,000,000 (from GTA$1,380,000)
- Declasse Scramjet: GTA$4,000,000 (from GTA$3,480,000)
- Dewbauchee Champion: GTA$3,750,000 (from $2,995,000)
- Imponte Deluxo: GTA$5,750,000 (GTA$4,721,500)
- Pegassi Toreador: GTA$4,250,000 (from GTA$3,660,000)
- Pegassi Weaponized Ignus: GTA$4,500,000 (from GTA$3,245,000)
- Buckingham Akula: GTA$4,500,000 (from GTA$3,704,050)
