  • Controller combo format: D-pad + face-button sequence (for example style: Left, Right, L1, R1, Triangle)
  • Phone format (if present): in-game number string, plus exact activation confirmation text
  • Verification format: mission-allowed vs mission-blocked behavior and whether the cheat can be toggled off

Across prior GTA titles, cheat behavior changed by game generation:
