Editions

Standard Edition

The $79.99 Standard Edition is the complete base game, not a reduced version. It includes the complete campaign, full map and all core gameplay mechanics.

The Ultimate Edition Upgrade can be purchased separately after the game code is redeemed, according to Rockstar's editions listing.1

GTA 6 Online access is not yet confirmed. Rockstar's current launch wording focuses on the single-player game and does not clearly state how or when GTA 6 Online will be sold or accessed.

Vintage Vice City Pack (Pre-Order Bonus)

This is a separate pre-order bonus for either edition, not part of the core contents of Standard or Ultimate. Qualifying pre-orders and purchases made before November 20, 2026 receive the Vintage Vice City Pack.

The pack includes the '55 Vapid Stanier Sedan and Garage, outfits and hairstyles, an exclusive weapon pattern, and one month of GTA+ membership for qualifying digital pre-orders and purchases.

Ultimate Edition

The $99.99 Ultimate Edition includes everything in the Standard Edition plus the Ultimate Edition Upgrade. The complete list is:

  • '95 Grotti Cheetah sports car
  • Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers
  • Personalized weapon variants for Jason and Lucia
  • Vice City Styles apparel, tattoos and other cosmetic options
  • Jason’s Safehouse Vehicles, including the Dinka Enduro motorcycle and Crest Kayak
  • Ganado Retro Build for Jason’s pickup
  • Rideout Customs Mod Shop
  • Sara’s Unisex Salon
  • Shitzu Squalo boat with a weapons crate
  • Stock 305 Clothing Store
  • '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy and Garage
  • Electric Fang Tattoo Parlor
  • One-Eyed Willie’s Mod Shop
  • Goodtime Gear apparel and equipment
  • PTT Youngin$ Compound and exclusive mission content, including a reported PTT Youngin$ raid
  • Classic Car Collection
  • Two exclusive side-mission quest lines; Rockstar’s supplied listing does not name both missions individually

Most of these additions are vehicles, weapons or customization options. The two exclusive side-mission quest lines are the clearest gameplay content unavailable to Standard Edition owners unless they purchase the upgrade later.

Regional Pricing

Our 29-market GTA VI launch price comparison found that prices vary significantly by region. The difference between the cheapest and most expensive reported Standard Edition prices exceeded $75, with South Korea at the low end and Israel at the high end. Reported USD-equivalent prices were approximately $58 in South Korea, $61 in Japan and $63 in India.

Physical Copies and Collectibles

GTA VI's boxed editions contain a download code instead of a disc. There is no playable disc version: buying a box gives you a single-use code for the same digital download. After that code is redeemed, the boxed copy cannot be resold, traded or lent as a playable game.

Neither Standard nor Ultimate includes statues, art books, steelbooks or any other physical collectibles. The Ultimate Edition price premium only buys the digital in-game bonuses listed above, so neither edition includes a displayable premium package. Rockstar skipped a traditional physical collector's edition.
