Let's be honest, there are hundreds of situations in GTA 5 where a quick getaway, on foot, is required — and it's in these situations that the fast run cheat really comes in handy (obviously). Activate it and you'll be able to out-run and out-last any other people pursuing you on foot (if they happen to be in a vehicle and about to run you over, we can't help sorry).
